This is not a question but I thought someone might apreciate the recipie. Its very good, I thought it up but im sure someone else out there has tried it too. This is very good served with steak.

Wash potatos, and poke holes in them with knife.
Microwave your potatos until done, cut them in half length wise
poke holes in the meat of the potato with fork, and then butter it, be generous, season the buttered side with:
season salt
garlic powder,
pepper,
and dried itallian sesoning,

heat up your gas grill when your steaks are almost done put potatos on seasoned side down, and cook untill as crispy as you like them. They are so very good and so so simple and a good alternitive to a baked potato for steak etc.
Try them you will never eat a baked potato again lol!!! Good Luck and Enjoy!

i put butter and sour cream on them after they are done, but use your imagination lol they are good with any topping! that you would use for a regular baked potato!

Yum!!!!

My favourite potato recipe is to chop them in wedges, zap in the microwave for a few minutes, spray with oil, sprinkle with parmesan shaker and finely chopped chives and stick in the oven - cook until crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Whip together half a cup of greek yoghurt, a tablespoon of chopped fresh garlic, a little paprika, and a small grated cucumber.

Serve yoghurt over the potatos - YUM!!!
