On the ingredients list, there is only water, sugar, colourings, phosphoric acid and flavourings listed, so where's the vegetables???

white read. We are moving in about a month and I can't find any of my cookbooks.
Aslo if you could answer me this? How do you all get the bread crust to come out so soft. EVERY time I make bread the crust is as hard a rock! The inside comes out nice,but the crust is hard. Even when I use the breadmaker, but mine broke so I have to do it by hand.

I'm Pakistani but was born in Bridgeport, CT USA. Growing up,we as a family with my parents we used to frequent the New York City area (Jackson Heights, Manhatten, etc) and Denver, CO resteraunts for some Pakistani food. Now that I have my own family, I've noticed over the last many years that the quality of the food at these places have gone down (and i've been to a lot). Also, the atmosphere of the resteraunts are pretty poor to say the least. I started taking my family to Afghani resteraunts because of the better atmosphere and presentation of food. Why don't Pakistani resteraunts improve the freshness, presentation and atmosphere of their resteraunts?
