I have eaten a variety over the years, i like Coco pops and Harvest Chewy bars with choc chips. mm mm.
They are high in sugar though, so although they say low fat, they still have tons on sugar which, if not used up will turn into some kind of fat in the end. Don't eat too many or you may as well eat a Mars.

DofE? of path those are good breakfast recommendations. Powdered drink mixes, tea, coffee, are all good drink recommendations too. i like to deliver "merely upload water" pancake blend and a small squeeze bottle of syrup for breakfast on a similar time as camping out too. i've got completed oatmeal (single serving on the spot type) additionally and added wild blueberries or raspberries based the place you're going. Cadburys Brunch bar - yum! Or the marshmallowy rice crispies one. But if I am trying to be good I have an apple Nutrigrain bar or Special K bar.
