seems like a crazy idea to me .... I would feel filthy after, really filthy. Does anyone here like them?

Ive never had them, but I saw that once on Food Network and it seems like A LOT of fat Not only from the batter but from the candy as well) and just looking at it all I can see is a heart attck in the works.

Never had one. But everytime I go back home to Scotland I have a deep fried pizza. They are to die for, and if I have many more I probably will. I really miss those. Given the levels of obesity in Wales I was very disappointed when I moved there to find that they didn't deep fry anything in sight.

I have nowt against the Scottish, but this just isn't right is it! Just the thought of 'em makes me wanna puke!
I believe it was some guy who owns a fish and chip shop first came up with the idea. They also do Kit-Kats, Marathons sorry Snickers and anything else you can think of really!!!

Local chip shop does deep fried Mars bar suppers as well as
Bounty and Snickers too.
Not good for the old ticker I would believe.

I had one once in a drunken haze in Edinburgh. I expected to feel filthy too, but I secretly really enjoyed it. Not sure I would have another one in the future though.

Never tryed them but Mars Bar vodka shots are yummy and mars bar cheese cake.

I did hit one once in self defence but my friends stepped in before it developed into a real fight. I am waiting for when the day comes and I meet that chocolate bar again - I will let you know how I get on.

Love them...I also love the deep fried pizza they do in Scotland now aswell.

they are to die for LITERALLY heart attack in the making if ya have em regular but once in a while is okay. Its the same as anything thats bad for your body ....moderation perfectly okay, over do it then suffer the consequences... BUT on a lighter note why not have a selection of fresh fruit instead its far more yummy and better for you
