Red Bull is good but I get a better kick from a good Tim Horton's coffee.
It's the caffeine in both drinks that give you that pick me up feeling. You can get the same pick me up feeling in Coke, Pepsi, cough syrup with cafeine etc.
What ever turns you on or works for you.
Have a great day and don't drink too many of those Red Bulls - you'll be like Spiderman and be climbing the walls. hee hee.

Aldi has an energy drink called red thunder. It tastes just like red bull only it's wayyyyy cheaper. You can get a 4 pack for $2. I can't even tell the difference, except for the price!

grab a dictionary and deciper every word in the ingredience label, you will then know how much sugar is in the drink. Did you know that the average person does not need this kind of drink. many professional athlets don't even drink these drink. yes you see them holding them in advertisments. but thats it. their evergy comes from a balance diet, lots of H20 (water 8-6 oz of it daily) and lots of exercise.
