Do you think pizza rests. should preheat the crust then put the cheese, sauce, etc after for a crisiper crust?

IMO if the cheese, etc. is put on raw dough, that causes the crust to take long to cook. I did that method before and it worked but restaurants won't do that for me. Boo!

Organic or non-organic? Any noticeable differences?

I've read that organics contain more essential nutrients, but I take supplements for that. Please give me your thoughts on why I should spend more on organic veggies?
