Okay, this is a super simple recipe...you don't even need to bake the cookies. These are no-bake oatmeal cookies. They are awesome!!

2 Cups Sugar
4 Tablespoons Cocoa
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Stick Butter
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
3 Cups Oatmeal
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Stir together Sugar, Cocoa, and Milk in medium sauce pan.
Add stick of Butter.
Stir over low heat until butter melts and mixture comes to a boil.
Add Peanut Butter and stir until dissolved good.
Stir in Oatmeal and Vanilla and turn off heat.
Drop mixture by teaspoon onto waxed paper or greased cookie sheet.

You can put them in the refrigerator overnight or in the freezer for a few hours until the cookies harden. When they harden, they are done!!

Two very popular ones are the Toll House recipe, on the back of their chocolate chip wrappers. Those come out great but are mushy and look like bake sale cookies.

There's another recipe that goes by many names including "Mrs. Field's $100 cookies"... they're not really mrs. field's true recipe but they come out a little thicker.
