Ok, I was thinking of making a chicken sandwhich for lunch today :)

Whole wheat bread
Chicken
Lettuce
Maybe tomato
But I don't want to put mayo on it, what can I put on it instead to make it not so dry that tastes good?

I can usually only drink between two to four drinks before my chest begins to hurt and my stomach gets nausea. I am a tiny girl, 5'1 and only about 120, so I think this might have something to do with it. Just wondering if anyone has any answers that would help me out! Thanks!
