I am having trouble finding one for you conventionally, but perhaps you can go about it "backwards" on eBay. I'd set up a search for the item (you can save the search to My Favorites, and even have them email you each time one comes up listed) itself. Then, when you see one listed, use their Contact Seller function and ask if they have the manual for the machine, and if they could make you a copy and fax it or mail it. The people on eBay are usually pretty friendly and accomodating, and I'd think they'd help you out, especially if you offered to reimburse for copying or postage charges, which should be less than a dollar.
