1 large egg
1/8 teaspoon white vinegar
1/3 cup water
salt and pepper
1. Add the water and white vinegar to a 6 ounce custard cup.
2. Break egg into cup, pierce egg yolk with toothpick, and cover dish loosely with plastic wrap.
3. Place in microwave and cook for 1 minute or until desired doneness.
4. You may need to experiment with cooking times based on the wattage of your microwave and taste preference.
5. Immediately remove egg from hot water with a slotted spoon as it will continue to cook.
6. Serve with salt and pepper to taste.

I have successfully poached eggs in the nuker by using a coffee cup, first add a tee spoon of water, place a paper towel over the top, and nuke it on medium for 45 seconds,

poached egg in microwave;
1 small microwavable bowl with lid or cling film I tablespoonful water
small piece of butter
I fresh egg
salt and peper to taste
Method:
put water into bowl with butter
crack egg into a cup
gently slide egg into the microwaveable bowl
cover with cling film or lid
Cook =on full power 2 Min's
check if egg is done to your liking
+ 10 seconds if you like it firmer
pour off water carefully
To serve :
slip egg onto buttered toast
and season to taste.

There are special gadgets that you can buy at places like target or wally world. I have made scrambled eggs in the microwave but not poached. I would think that they would explode.

put the egg in a bowl of water covering the egg,for 20 min.5 min. at a time,and keep an eye on it,cause eggs can burst when the yoke is intact
