There really is a double standard, I am allowed to date white and hispanic women all I want, but my sistas attempt to date white dudes and the brothas and other sistas go off. Why?

I dated a guy for 3 months and then we decided to be just friends. It's been 2 weeks now and an communication we've had has been through e-mail. Should I keep it that way? I myself have always liked it when someone takes time to pick up the phone. Is e-mail the best way or should I try to incrporate the phone into the equation?

Okay, so I like this guy who I am also really good friends with. My other best friend tells me that he likes me too. Usually I can trust her with things like that, and I don't know why I am doubting what she said to me. People have been saying that we should go out for two years now, and I don't want to waste anymore time. I know it may seem that with all of this information I am giving you, this decision would be easy to make, but something keeps holding me back. Please help me. And just so you know, he has only been to my house once, we haven't kissed or anything, and I have never been to his house. School starts soon and we have no classes together.

Thank you for taking this time.

P.S. I worked hard to type this. Please don't be mean or give ridiculous or untrue answers.

A friend of my girlfriend has recently been making sexual advances towards her. It began with little things, like affectionate text messages and the like, that could be construed as simply friendly, but are quite obviously meant for something more. From there it has progressed, to him telling her she should be with him, and suggesting that they should be having sex, etc. I've also heard from others that he is actively trying to break us apart. Basically, it's a lot more than just simple flirting.
My girlfriend shows me all the messages he sends, as far as I know, and she says they never hang out alone (I do trust her, but I'm not oblivious). Numerous times I've explained my disgust (I never liked this guy from the start, hes just a real back stabber kind of person), yet she continues to be friends with him. To me, it's a matter of disrespect, on her part as well as his. I feel like I shouldn't even have to ask her to stop being around him, it should've been done already.

So this guy asked me out.. We've been friends since about when school started... so about a month. I said yes... I only said yes because he is really nice and didn't want to hurt his feelings. I never really thought of him as a boyfriend and he is not that cute. I don't want this to ruin our friendship...

Should i tell him how i feel??

Any advice??

Thx god bless!

I never thought it would bother me but I find myself wondering if it does now. I've been going out with a really great guy for awhile and we just had sex last weekend for the first time. It was really dissapointing because he was so small and kinda limp. I know that sounds so mean but I have to ask someone about this. Sex isn't everything in a relationship but boy...it's not the kind of thing you look forward to when you're partner is like that

I go to this summer school&in my class, we took this test (it was the last one we take)&we got our results back. He comes over to my table, puts his hands on my table&leans in&asks what did i get. I think he was smiling lol. I say i got something low. He starts asking me what i got again&i go something bad. Then he stands there smiling(i think) n waits. then my friend flips open the booklet &he saw my grade&goes "haha, i just saw it" jokingly &he walks away. then later he&two boys start flinging markers&he walks right next to my desk &stands there. After they threw the marker twice or something, he was like "dont u guys know how to fling it?" he shows them how and they cant fling it far&then he takes the cap&walks back next to me and flings it.&b4 they started flinging, the markers taht the guys threw were landing near me, like next to me. Is he showing off? Is he flirting when he was on my table? Does he like me?

If you could as the general population one question about their sex lives, what would you ask?

2007-09-02 06:00:46 · 8 answers · asked by pinkfairyfiregyrl 2

one girl asked this before and i completly
agree with her. why do "adults" say your to
young when we ask about guy advice or
whatever. where not to young thats like saying a 30yr old cant date a 40 yr old
if they love each other they love each other!
its THIER life and if they make a mistake
they will learn from it so dont say your to
young and when your older read this and
you will be happy you didnt date boys or w.e
we learn from OUR MISTAKES NOT YOURS! and no matter what you say about
focusing more on "school" its just pushing us
more away from it! and thats like saying if your married you cant see your wife for
like 6 more years you will fall apart with out
her! everyone has hormones and they cant
control them so please dont say you are
young live your live as a "kid" for now!!

I met this guy online and we have yet to meet. At first, I have blown him off considering he's younger than me; we have different religions; and he live in Egypt and I am in the Philippines. But then, he was persistent and have won my lonely heart. We've been in touch through e-mail, YM chats, SMS and telephone calls. I've learned to be patient because I truly want to give this relationship a chance and he has come to rely on me. However, lately this relationship has become one-sided - I am the only one making an effort to connect with him. He has valid reasons, many of which I hold on to dearly just to validate my foolish pride. I've tried to replace him with others but alas, my heart have settled on him.
Have mercy on me and help me recover from this insanity I've accustomed to.

Ok ,so my boyfriend and I having been dating for a little bit more than 3 months. He works Mon-Fri but has the weekends off. During the weekdays, he comes over my house or I go over his...and everytime we hang out he falls asleep (did I mention he's 23...) On the weekends we go out, but we're home by either 12 or 1 in the morning, and he falls asleep again! Its not fair to me and even though I don't say anything about it to him, it really bothers me. What to do?!?!

if there was a female customer who came in about once a month and you thought she was super cute, but she always had other guys around her, what would you do to get her? would you even try? would you think she was a player and stay away? what attracts a male bartender to a customer other than just to 'hookup'?

They've been together for a year, she's obessed and he pratically hates her. Me and him messed around yesterday..and I'm pretty sure that's not the first time he has cheated on her. He doesn't give a rats a*s about her. He won't break up with her 'cause he knows she'll kill herself. [yes, she's THAT obessed.] She has a shrine of him. it's horrible. They aren't even really "old enogh to date" [in some adults' opinions.]
Somebody has to do something..

what can I do?

I traveled across the country for his sister's wedding. The day we returned, he said he wanted to break up bc he can't be there for me like I need him to right now and it's not fair. We dated 3 yrs and he'd stopped putting in effort, leaving me feeling insecure and doubting him. I thought this might finally make him see I'm worth it.

Since then, he's completely blown me off. He refuses to talk about his feelings, and yells at me if I call and try to talk things over, he says the reason we broke up was so he didn't have to deal with me being upset.

Instead of trying to make things work, he chose to run away and not take any responsibility for the way he's treated me and made me feel. But he still talks about the future, like we'll get together again/he'll be there for me when he's ready. I miss him, but I've been much happier without having someone I love not treat me well again and again. I know I need to move on-- but part of me wonders, do you think he could ever really change?
