so i met this guy a couple of week ago, and i really like him and he likes me too... the only probolem is he reminds me alot of my ex! (they even have the same name too!) i dont know what to do! should i start dating him or not?

Dating is one way of knowing a person better. Its one way to partially find out if he or she might be “THE ONE”. So I think its OK to date him.
And if you do I recommend you to ask yourself these simple questions:
1. Will I be happy growing old with him/her?
2. Can I afford myself to wake every morning and the first thing that I see is his/her face?
3. Can you accept him/her for what they are and not of what you want them to be?
These are some of the basic questions that you have to put at the back of your mind while you go on date…if one of the answers to the questions is NO or Maybe …then I think its time for you to stop wasting your time to the wrong person.
Just remember also that in case you date somebody please remember that you are dating a person…they also have feelings like you, and if you feel that it wont get you nowhere be honest enough to let the person know that it has to come to an end. Don’t give them false hope. Truth may hurt but lies are more painful.

If he has the qualities that made you breakup with you ex then dont date him.
Other then that if you really like him why not try it out and see how it goes?
If he really starts to turn out like your ex just dump him!

Well,you sound as you haven't got over your ex...and i'm not sure if you are ready for a new relationship yet...you have to think about your situation...only you can tell what you really want....don't do anything that you will regret...the new guy doesn't deserve it...

yes, see where it goes, unless your ex is really creepy, because you might not want two creepy guys sneaking around in the shadows. But if there is a mutaul 'like' I think you should give him a fair chance.
