Guys, I swear to you, she is NOT a brat! She's been wanting to have this party since she was 10 and MTV (and her parents) just gave her permission to register. She is inviting everyone in our grade, not treating anyone badly.

I want to know the difference between "girlfriend material" and "wife material."

I personally think I'd make a better wife than I would a girlfriend. It kinda shows seemingly how I attract nothing but older guys and noone my age. And I know how to do everything a wife usually does such as clean, cook, take care of the kids, deal with finances...etc.

If I was someone's girlfriend, I'd be at a loss of what to do. (I've never had a boyfriend)

So what would be the difference between "gf material" and "wife material"?

The man I have feelings for does not have romantic feelings for me "at this time". He said it doesnt mean ever, just not right now; he is NOT ready for a relationship. He loves me as a friend and loves our friendship. He doesnt want me to wait for him, he wants me to date other men. But my heart wont let me think of another man. How do I step back & switch to friend mode when my heart is in love mode? Ive never been through this before where the guy wants to stay friends. How do I deal? My boyfriend is always asking me can he stay the night in a certain town which is 30 min away from him and 1 hr away from me i used to let him go up there and stay with his cousin but lately i haven't been. Once I've told him no he'll call me back later and find reasons to argue and then he'll say i'm going out of town but he claims he only says that to get me to come and see him. Just recently he was there and didn't tell me he was going but called me from there later that night and said he missed me and he was gambling with his cousins and friends. I really want to believe him but why did he wait to later that night to tell me he was there when he knows i don't want him in that town?

got into a huge fight w/my bf of 2.5 years last friday due to my PMDD (it causes me to be the witch from hell 2 weeks before my period). it was so bad that he was going to go for a drive b/c i wouldn't leave his house and go back to mine. i ended up leaving w/him telling me he loved me and that he just needed some space to relax and it would take time for things to go back to the way they were with us.

i haven't heard from him since (he did work sun-tues and usually doesn't call on those days) and today i noticed that he got an email confirmation for his class reunion back home in IL which is in 2 weeks (Aug 4th). he never mentioned this to me and is going by himself (the confirmation listed one ticket).

i don't know what to think and i'm really upset....

have any of you realized how much it hurts when you dump a guy for no real reason once youve said that you loved him?

I'm 18. At the begining she was my best friend's girlfriend. After a while they broke up. I always liked her but I couldnt ask her out because my friend was depressed because of her and I felt bad for him, After two weeks on the last day of school we said hi to each other then she kissed me, I looked at her surprised, then she kissed me again and asked me if I liked her and I said I only liked her as a friend. she said she'd always be there for me. we were supposed to go to my friend's house to a party that day and I had decided to tell her later that day my real feelings after all. I said to her at the party that I lied and that I always liked her. I asked her out, we kissed all night and she looked as happy as me. next day I call her and she tells me I was right, that we're better off as friends. I insisted that I always liked her, afterwards she said "if you dont want to you dont have to talk to me anymore" does that mean something else?
should I call her? what should I say?

i've been with my bf for about 5 months but right now were in a long distance relationship.......well all we can do is talk on the phone or internet but we mostly talk on the phone. we used to talk everynight till like 7 in the morning but for some reason now its changing.....we hardly ever talk anymore. we still talk everyday but not as often as we used to and when we do talk i hardly ever say anything.....for some reason i dont tell him things anymore. i'm all quiet and have nothing to say. i love him so much and i wanna tell him everything but for some reason i'm not opening up anymore. i'm not even a quiet person...at home i'm loud and have tons to say. i'm just afraid that he's gonna get tired of me or get bored. he says he loves me so much but he hates it when i dont say anything to him while were on the phone. how do i change this and get back to how we were before????
