Definitely tell your parents!!
Then consider confronting this little punk. If you truly believe that he's disturbed and/or dangerous, don't confront him. However, if he seems more like he's just an annoying, immature, little pervert, then confront him. Take a few friends and walk up to him in the hallway at school (or some other public place where there are lots of witnesses) and tell him in a voice loud enough for others to hear, "Hey, I didn't give you permission to take my picture, and I don't like you following me around, harassing me! Knock it off or I'm telling my parents, and the principal, and then I'm calling the cops and/or suing you!" That might be enough to make him $hit his pants and leave you alone.
If not, take further action: If the school principal won't do anything about, then you and your parents need to go to the school board and/or superintendent. If they won't do anything, then go to your county department of education.
Same with the police. Talk to the officer in charge. No results? Go to the police chief. Then to the county officials.
If all else fails, get a lawyer, have him get a restraining order, and then sue the pants off of everyone (the kid for harassment, and the school officials and/or police for failure to do anything about it)!!

Thats sounds dangerous and uncomfortable. Well i would first tell him to leave me the F*** alone and probably insult him or try to scare him away.. then i would probably try to avoid being in public alot... maybe he'll grow out of it or get tired.. or find someone else to stalk.
but if this continues, you have to go to the nearest police station and demand a restraining order and tell them you are being violated! People do crazy things with pictures on the internet these days.. video taping is even worse.. he could be planning smth scarier (i dont know how old he is, but u just never know) Give the police all his information and tell them you are afraid to come out.. they will deff. do something!!!

Did this person get your permission to take your picture? From what you are saying he did not. You say the police won't do anything and the school will not do anything than if you have the money to hire an attorney. This is a violation of your right and he can be sued if you feel you have been harmed.

Hi Yabby, I don't blame you for being Freaked out. This guy has a serious problem and you need to try and stay away from him. Talk to your counselor at school and tell her you are afraid of this guy and you know he is up to know good. If you don't get help that way you need to tell your parents what is going on and give them the boys name and if you know where he lives give them his address. With all the bad things going on in the screw-up world i am afraid for you. Please be very careful. I don't mean to scare you i just want you to be awear of the areas you are in. Look for him when you are away from home.Carry a cell phone just in case always stay safe.. A Friend.

I cant believe that no one is helping you!
This sounds like a very dangerous and scary situation. Ok so he may just be a kid with an infatuation, but still, your privacy is being invaded and he has no right to do that..
Do your parents know, if not tell them so they can help you too.
Go back to the police, go the head of the station if you have to.
Go back to school and head of the school board if you have to, you have a right to protect yourself!
Good luck

Go to the police again and insist on filing a report with them. Make sure that there is documentation with the police that this guy is doing this - with that information, they have to do something. You say you reported it to the police. Did you actually go to the police station and complain? Be sure to actually go to the police station!

You reported this to the police and they did nothing? I find that unbelievable. But, if it is the truth then you need to report your local police station for not taking action.
If this guy is stalking you at school then go to the school authorities and report him.

go over to him and ask him whats the problem. their are guys that like to do that but if you show him your not afraid then maybe he'll leave.but on the flip side their are guys that may like you and don't know how to say it.so if you think he's crazy just tell him i charge for my pictures to be taken.and don't be afraid. last thoughtif you really want him to leave you alone then just wait till he gets around his friends and your and tell everybody out loud in front of him when he gets embaress by that he'll stop. and everybody will be watching him from then on. so you'll be safe.

If they are not doing anything, you need to go up to him and ask him what his deal is. Tell him that he needs to back off or you will get him arrested. I am in police acadamy and they can't not doing anything about it. File another complaint they have to do something.
