Singles & Dating - 27 March 2007

I've been with my girlfriend officially now for a month, we were seeing eachother for about 2 months before that. We're really in love. She's my first serious girlfriend, and i'm her first serious boyfriend. Only thing is, I -have- to move. There is no getting out of it. I'm moving about 500k's away. And although, it's an 8 hour drive (45 minutes by plane.) I honestly wonder if it's fair to her to continue the relationship. I went to where i'm moving for a week and we missed eachother like crazy. I wonder if moving permantely is fair on her at all. She can't go with me. And I can't stay. Do I break it off so she can be with someone where she is? Or do I try and be with her with a long distance relationship. I love her so much, and I really don't want to hurt her. And I really do not know what to do to protect her at the moment. She says that she'll be happy with a long distance relationship. But she'll miss me like crazy if I go.

Anyone got any advice for what I should do?

there for him but he turned his back on me to chase this new girl...I finally got the courage to tell him how he made me feel and told him that i don't want to know him anymore, he agreed but when a friend told him that I've been seeing someone he got pissed, what did he expect?is it ok for him to date but not for me?...I met this new person about a week ago...he is a really nice guy and says he is in love and wants to be with me...I've kissed him several times but I don't think I can be with him...he is not my type and I'm not ready for a new relationship.The problem is I never showed him that...what do I do?I don't want to hurt him, he treats me right and doesn't deserve to be hurt..he thinks that we are together and that's my fault I know...I had the chance to tell him that we cant be together but I didn't..I'm so confused!I'm positive that I don't want to be with him but I can't find a way to do that cos he is always so excited when we meet or talk on the phone!any advises on this?

so i have this friend that has a bro and he is my crush.. everytime i'm online and he's online i open a chat box in ym and maybe say hi or something.. but i take my chances so i wont be that obvious that i like him.. then maybe seconds or minutes later i see a new chat box thing and he im-ed me saying "hey, how are you".. this happened just a while a go.. so i really dont know.. so i said i'm fine.. blah blah blah.. then he asked me out to his pre grad cuz we are graduating this year but diff school.. we're going out this march 30.. but i'm "freaking out" somehow.. cause i never knew its gonna happened.. do you guys think he likes me?? and any advice in the "date" thing?? please.. no stupid answers please.. help?!?

I stopped studying last year because my father has no work anymore. I was supposed to be on my 4th yr. chemical engineering. Now, i´m working as an english instructor at the same time supporting my family, my mother is a drunkard, my youngest brother is only 3 yrs. old and i have another brother and a sister, we are now 5 members because my father is now with his other family, he left us. I´m left with no other choice but to work earning $200/month, what should i do? How am i going to support my family? They have no one to depend on but me.. my mother knows nothing but household chores and in our place, people doesn´t need maids. I really think our life is miserable... :(

During the time I met her, she was in a week emotional state. She got out of a 2 year relationship and having problems of all sort. Being the "nice" guy that I am I was there for her; we ended up falling for each other. Out of nowhere, she decided she wanted to be friends because she was not ready for relationship. I respected it and so we became friends.

However, I just found out accidently (3 months later) that the reason she broke up with me was because she left me for her close high school friend. During the time I started getting closer, she tried giving him a chance and he ****** her over for 3 weeks playing mind games and forcing her for sex and be each other's first. She also told me that she realized that him and her could only be friends and nothing more than that…

A part of me doesn’t blame her for doing what she did and wish her happiness. but the other is that I cant help but feel that I was used. We are in the same class and I just can't help but view her differently.

My boyfriend told me yesterday that he is not sure he wants to continue our relationship, he said he is not motivated and enthusiastic anymore and he is not feeling happy with me. He has been very stressed these days with his job, he works full-time,looking for a new job, attending interviews. He doesnt get along with his boss so that adds to his stress. He's been distant with me since he has been told he won't get his promotion. I took his distance personally and was questioning him about our relationship. He tried to explain to me that he needs time alone but I got worried.Yesterday he told me he thinks he should leave and he said he needs time to think and he'll call me this week to talk about this. i havent replied to him as i'm giving him the time he asked for. I am really upset and I am really afraid of loosing him. Why does he need time to think and why does he want to talk to me about it? Is he going to call me it's the end and it's over? We've been together for 3 years.

and don't know how to deal with it. There is a guy I grew up with we have had contact with each other in the last year. I noticed that he doesn't treat me the same it is like he likes me. Some people that I know has told the way he looks at me is more like he wants to be more than friends with me. When he is around me he acts like he wants to tell me something but he doesn't. I have had sent him letters and cards he would come see me on the job but I haven't seen lately. There are times I cann't get him off my mind and it almost drives me crazy. I found out that about 2 weeks ago he came looking for me. I don't know if he has a girlfriend, he hasn't called me, but he does show up on my job every so often ( I work in a store)
I wonder is God tring to tell me that I should deal with more or what, when I want to leave the sitation alone, I find he has come looking for me. I wonder is God working on him the same as me. I was told if someone on your mind means they are thinking of you.
