in the state of Washington (Seattle), if you are 24 years old?
theres this guy who hounds me like insane and just one date so I can disappear forever. I know its disgusting, I am not a LaFave wannabe. is a pizza gonna be a cause for 20 years of sentence?

No, pizza will not get you 20yrs in jail...touching his privates will. You should wait till he's 18, which will probably be sooner than later and then you can do all the things you want to. Otherwise it is just not worth it...cos a sexual relationship can cost you everything.

The Age of Consent in Washington is not 18. It is 16. The statute (shown above) that you are making reference to makes it a crime for a person 60-months or older than the younger person to have sexual intercoarse with the younger person if ALL of the following conditions exist:
YES YOU WILL GET IN TROUBLE YOU ARE MORE THAN 60 MONTHS OLDER THAN HIM, barely but you are.

I'm from the Uk and on the day of your 16th birthday you can date or sleep with someone of any age even a 70year old lol but if you have sex with someone and 3hours before your 16th birthday the person you sleep with will get arrested.
Go for pizza with him, it's just pizza.
