Singles & Dating - 16 March 2007

I'm not sure if i'm considered a friend of my ex. We were together for 1 year plus and broke up about 1 mth ago. Initially we kept in contact but everything just stops. I still text him whenever I'm sick and whenever I'm upset. He will reply immediately asking about how I feel. Is he showing his concern as a friend or is there something more to it?

I asked him yesterday whether we are still friends. He said "yah, I think so."

Okay so me and my boy friend desided to u know do it for (MY) first time . well the first time we tryed to do it , he stuck part of it in and it hurt so bad i started to cry and he had to take it out , the second time iwas so scared he couldent get it in at all , and the therd time i just broke into tears and he was too affraid to do any thing (he just held me). What's wrong with me ,why can't i do this(it shouldent be that hard right, because i really love my boy friend and i really want him to be my first).Please help

I love my boyfriend so much. I want to be with him all the time--however this is a problem, since we have a long-distance relationship, I only get to see him every two-three weeks. During those times I miss him so much it hurts and I cry myself to sleep every night. All I want to do is spend time with him and tell him I love him. I could just sit next to him for hours and hours and not say a thing and still be the happiest person alive. I want what is best for him, and if that meant losing him (like breaking up for him to go to someone better) I would do it if it meant he would be truly happy. It would hurt like c r a p but I would do it. I have never been so crazy about a person in my life. Am I crazy, or am I just in love??

It's so lame, day after day to see people posting questions over and over the same damn thing 'does he like me' or 'how can I get this girl's phone number.' quit whining for god's sake! if you're in high school, I don't feel bad for your dating problems because you're stuck in a building full of people of the opposite sex 5 days a week! Where are the adults who can't get arrested? Can I get a hail yeah?

my ex and i broke up two weeks ago and still want to be friend. i still love him and he said he love me and cared about me still also. but he could not deal with the stress anymore. and that him and i would problem never be a couple again. but we still want to have sex. its great sex between us. i guess the question is. do you think he will want to get if we continue to have sex. thats not what im looking for just wondering if it would happen?

i love my boyfriend to death and hes a great guy but his friends are a totally diffferent story. they spank my butt and try to throw stuff down my shirt and everytime my boyfrieid isnt looking they try to make a move on my me. im fourteen and some of them are 16 and 17 so its sorta creepy. ive tried talking to my boyfriend about it but i think his friends intimidate him and he is afraid to stand up to them help please

Wondering what this means.,. Please answer, especially girls..???
I'm 15. I have a friend and I don't know if she likes me or is just comfortable around me. I like her btw. See, we were laying in bed watching a movie and she didn't mind being close to me and she was kind of laying on me a bit and I had my arm around her. Would she be like that if she didn't like me more than a friend?
Next time we are in this situation (probably this weekend) what shoud I do? And should I go further to see if she likes me?

There is a guy Adam that I thought I only wanted to be friends with. I was seeing another guy all the while knowing him and he kept giving me advice, I talked to him about it all the time. But I realized when the other guy was treating me badly that I was attracted to Adam. I didn't really hangout with Adam while I was seeing the other guy, but we texted almost every day and when we texted it wasn't just one text, it was back and forth. My message box was full of messages from him at the end of the day. This has gone on for a while. We have both told each other that we only feel friendship for one another but I feel a definite attraction to him. I don't know if he feels the same way and I don't want to say anything because I have been burned a few times by guys now and I don't want to get hurt again. I just wish I could get rid of the feelings. What should I do.

We have only been dating for three weeks.

He keeps on whining because I refuse to make-out with him in public because I find PDA a bit...uh... inappropriate. I have no problem with hugs, a peck, and holding hands... but making-out is a no-no. Well, today we were I guess that you can say "arguing" because he thinks that I should give up my whole PDA thing because I made him stop talking about his ex-girlfriend. First of all, he shouldn't be blabbing on and on about his ex in the first place... why should he feel like I should have to sacrifice something that I think is "proper" because he can't talk about his stupid ex. And he used to talk on-and-on about her too... gosh. What should I do? This is my first boyfriend.
