We have only been dating for three weeks.
He keeps on whining because I refuse to make-out with him in public because I find PDA a bit...uh... inappropriate. I have no problem with hugs, a peck, and holding hands... but making-out is a no-no. Well, today we were I guess that you can say "arguing" because he thinks that I should give up my whole PDA thing because I made him stop talking about his ex-girlfriend. First of all, he shouldn't be blabbing on and on about his ex in the first place... why should he feel like I should have to sacrifice something that I think is "proper" because he can't talk about his stupid ex. And he used to talk on-and-on about her too... gosh. What should I do? This is my first boyfriend.

I'm probably the trophy girlfriend.. since I am good looking.. and he isn't so much... *sigh*.. this is so unfortunate.

He is immature.Dump him!! When someone keeps going on about their ex,they still have feelings for that person.You are too good for him.The only reason he wants to 'make out' in public is to show you off.Get a grip! Get rid of the loser.You deserve better than him,someone who is worthy of you.It won't work out.Dump him now.Say to him "You like your ex that much,go and have her,and make-out with her in public".

Well if he really cared about you he wouldn't be talking about his ex all the time. That is hurtful and rude. Also, not making out in public is not that big of a deal. He is being a baby. Tell him if he's good you'll give him lot's of lovin as soon as you get home. If he can't deal with that then dump him and find you a real man.Tell him to go find his ex girlfriend and make out with her in public cause your over it.

hun you can do better first if he kept talking about his ex means one of two things. one he probably still has feelings for her and 2 hes trying to make you jealous. If he cant respect your wishes and except the word NO you dont need him. what happens if you do give in and make out in public but then he wants sex and you say no he wont take the word no. If you dont want to lose him tell him that if he does not stop making out in public you will leave him. if he changes he loves you if not he does not love you

Well I'm against the whole making out in public thing and a lot of other people i know are to...You not alone in that...Maybe its better to break up before this thing goes any farther...He should respect you for not wanting to do certain things, hes not going to change you...

well in opinion you should dump him. if he cant respect your feelings about PDA then you should drop him. and about his girlfriend it doesn't sound like hes over her.
