The guy that you like is probably taking you for granted. The other guy (his friend) is jealous and would like to be in his place. Why don't you play "hard to get" for a while and see what happens. Isn't it fun????

It means that they know he likes you! He 's probably telling them that he likes you, that's why they're staring. He doesn't stare probably because he thinks it would be rude!Next time they look just wave and say hi!
