From your question, I presume you are active sexually. However, while I can understand a father asking questions about sexuality, the checking should be done by a doctor. Your father may be concerned about your behavior and this would be normal to ask questions .But that should be the extend of the checking. It is not normal for a father to check. I think you should talk to someone about that. When you lose your virginity you will most likely have tears but it depends on the person. Doctors can tell but i don't know about the average person. If your father is still checking I take that as a sign that your still young. I would wait if i was you.

Oh my jesus! I don't mean to judge, but your father should not be "checking" anything! Do you mean, not look like someone who has a lot of sex, or do you really mean....alright, there's a way to resolve this.
