My boyfriend (now ex) hit me this morning and I asked him to leave my house. He took my tickets for an event we were supposed to attend. I called to cancel the tickets and called the police when he left. Now I have a case number in case he comes near me and on the record. I used to love him but now I can only feel hatred.

The guy I've been seeing for the past 8 months isn't ready to commit just yet because he's focused on starting his own business. We are however best friends, very close & he practically lives at my place, but I'm getting frustrated & trying not to pressure him for a committment but sometimes I can't help it because I'm in love with him.

He tells me that I have no need to worry that he's not going to end the situation but he knows that I will because he knows women. So who is more likely to end the situation?

and I've had quite a few answers, but none are really what I needed to know. It's probably my fault, so I'll go into more detail.

There's a boy who fancies me, and I think I like him too, And I really miss him when we're not together, and all that stuff, but when he's near me, I feel really nervous, and I know thats normal, but I don't feel pleased to see him, just embarrased, and scared. Is this normal, or a gut instinct telling me that he's no good? And what should I do?

My ex-girlfriend borrowed $800 in April of last year (2006) to pay bills. She also has a lot of my belongings at her house.We broke up in October, and she has been promising to pay me back. She has stood me up everytime we were to meet to do this. She changed her phone number this month, and quit her job. I know where she lives, but I have been unable to get a hold of her. I don't want to go to her house, because I am afraid there would be a scene.

I do have witnesses that heard her say she owed the money. My mother is one of them. I also have my bank records on the day I withdrew the money. Her 3 children were there when I gave it to her. Its looking like I will have to sue her. Do you think I will win if I do. I have also been told to have the police escort me over to her house to obtain my things. Is that a good idea. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

I am in middle school, and all the other kids are dating, or at least have "boyfriends" and "girlfriends" and it is so unfair. I would actually love to have either, but my father won't let me date, or even talk on the phone (with girls). He makes fun of some of my guy friends. He says he has known I was different for a while, whatever that means. How young is too young to act on your feelings for others? Is my dad wrong?
