You just have to trust her. Even if her hymen is still intact, what's to say she's not performed fellatio or received cunnilingus or been anally penetrated?
If you can't trust her on her word then she shouldn't be your girlfriend.

but she mightbe a bit shy around u when ur fooling around, if u think she is just make sure u are gentle with her, otherwiseit cud scare her off for life!!

You can't know for certain unless her hymen is intact. If it's broken, then there are multiple ways (including sex) that it could have broken.
