I was out last night with work colleagues and a girl who I work with said she wanted to clear the air (I thought everything was ok). She said to me:

She wants us to get on at work
Told me that I should drop the 'attitude'
She wants to trust me and hopes that I don't back stab her e.g. talk about her behind her back
She wants to socialise after work i.e.get to know each other better-if work stays at work

Meaning???

Why did she feel the need to 'clear the air'???
Suggestions?Advice?

She has a Boyfriend of 2 YEARS—have heard he won’t settle with her,there is trouble bwt them.Colleagues say we have a love/hate WORK relationship and that we do flirt with each other

Says she don't do 1 night stands, told me that she’s only had 3 boyfriends,said what she looks for in blokes

Colleagues say there is tension bwt us but don't know what it is-neither do I!

The flirting has increased,smiling more,emails,inviting me to join her+mates on breaks....

me and this guy have been friends for a year....and i like him and i told him but he said it was best to stay friends....the weird thing about it is that everytime i start to forget him he comes back around and we are better friends....since the beginning i thought we wouldve been together.....

i guess im really hoping that there is going to be more....but is there not...what do you think?

It started yesterday, when I got a guy's e-mail from my class from my friend and she told me to add him and I did. I asked him why he wanted my e-mail and said I didn't think anything wrong with that and ur part of my class whyt not have you as a resource if i need help ever *wink*

I assume he's interested in me or likes me as a friend...

I am so tired of trying to find that one special guy. I thought I had found him but, I was wrong. I want to be in love. I have been single all of my life. I have tried almost everything. I get out and have a good time but it seems like no guys that I take interest in are interested in anything but just friends. I want something more. I want to know what it feels like to have a guy call you three times a day just to see how you are doing, or who will grab me by the waist and kiss me and tell me they love me. It hurts so much to see my friends in love and me still single...I don't know maybe I'm cursed to walk the earth alone.

Well i have no clue what is wrong with me. See everyone keeps tellin me that i am beatiful and so do boys. I am 15, blonde hair, no acne, i am 5'3 and skinny but not scary skinny,and I am funny but serouis. So guys what do you think. I have been with my current boyfriend for a little over 5 months. For the last two weeks, he and I have talked only twice. I haven't seen him in 3 weeks. Our relationship has been kind of shaky because of this.
On Saturday and (Super Bowl) Sunday I got to hang out with one of my really close friends. He is an ex of mine from a few years ago. As of late, he's been talking to me about how much he misses me and how he regrets us breaking up. He would like for me to give us another chance; I really want to, and I've been thinking about breaking up with my current boyfriend because he and I never get to see each other.
I love both of these men. They both love me back.
What should I do?
Should I stay with my current boyfriend and hope he cleans up his act, or should I give my ex another chance?
Please help me.

It is a crush but not as simple as that. It all started because he helped me with something and I am grateful to him. Very drawn to him. This semester he is not in any of my classes and I don't run into him that often anymore. Even when we do, we only say hi and sometimes we don't even do that. I think destiny is just not on my side and I think I will never be with him. But I can't accept it. I have been seeing him talk to this girl a lot recently and I feel pain when I see him laughing and smiling with her. I am so tired of trying to run into him so that we can finally talk to each other but I think it will never happen. I want to give up on him and I really feel for him. I think I am just paranoid but I think they will be an item soon. I think he may forget me soon since we don't talk anymore. He did like me last semester but I guess not that much.

How do I get over him? I am lulling into semi depression now. I find it awkward impossible to go up to talk to him actually. help?

my boyfriend of 2 years is so busy working out that he never has any time to spend with me. everytime i ask him if he can come see me or if i can come to his house he gets all mad and is like im never going to get a football scholarship if i dont work out and im glad he wants to go to college and everything but we are only 16 and it wont hurt him to miss one day of working out. wat should i do?

What’s the difference between being friendly and actually liking someone? It is confusing because they both send the same signal. When you have an occupation it’s your career to be friendly and act professionally. But when you actually like someone its not your occupation… it’s your feelings which appear to be the same… know what I mean?

she turned me down. ive been moving on after i havent seen her in a month. we then ran into each other, i didnt feel anything. we said hi then i said i have to go..she quite had a disappointed look on her face. then after a week, we ran into each other again..it's weird. this time my stomach ached...there was the feeling of awkwardness again... i felt like my wound was open again. i could have walked with her but i didnt..she seemed fine..we went our own ways after..(i thought it was best for us to be strangers again)how come i felt something again? what advice can you give me? i dont want that old feeling again, and it hurts to hurt just seeing someone.

my boyfriend is the sweatest guy in the world. hes the best boyfriend that i've had! i have no clue what to get him for valentines day tho! he doesnt really like candy or stuffed animals. the usual things you would get someone for valentines day! can someone help me out plz!?!? i already got him a card and this really cute stuffed bears that when u put there lips together it makes a kissy sound and it says i love u!! i hope he likes it tho because its a stuffed animal! aaaaaaaahhhhh! LOL! what else can i get him tho because he has a big surprise 4 me and i dont want to come off poor or as if i dont care about him as much! what do guys like?? he has enough purfume. he wants to be an MX rider when he gets older. and he always wants to keep clean with no spot of dirt on him..if these things will help you help me think of something to get him.. Where are all the good guys? It seems like all I find are jerks.
