Singles & Dating - 6 February 2007

so i went on a date with this guy and we had a good time. i said so, he said so...we held hands and we kissed at the end of the date. but now it's monday, and it's awkward. i was talking to one of my friends and she had told me that she talked to him while he was in front of his guy friends and he said that we just made out...nothing serious but he wouldn't mind doing it again. but the trouble is i like him more than just a friend. i think he's blowing it off because he thinks that's how i feel about it...nothing serious. i just want to tell him my feelings just to get it off my chest. i was going to do it on v-day but is that a bad time?
advice? observations?

he he didn't like me, why would he want to do it again?

How can you tell if a guys lying or just saying what u want to hear?

Some guys lie, Some guys just say what you want. but knowing most guys are like that how can u even tell if a guy is telling the truth anymore?

okay so we just got our scheduled changed yesterday. and when i saw him you know he was talking to me and stuff and he would stare at me!! =] i think hes cute n all but today he got his schedule changed so i dont have any more classes with him!! =[ grrr...... what should i do?? i mean i want him to get to notice me n all but know that he has his scheduled changed we have no classes and have no time to talk..... i really really want to get to know him more... and i think he likes me!! cause i catch him staring at me all the time!! what should i do?? today i looked at him in the hall and he said hi n i just smiled... know im scared he'll never say hi again!!! =[

So this boy says he like me.
I ok with it but I don't want to talk to him.
He keeps bugging to talk to him.
I don't know if I should.
I can't talk to him normaly knowing that he likes me.
But he thinks I hate him or somehting, but it's hard to tell him any thing.

I'm currently studying in high school, and i really like this girl who's in all of my classes. she's fairly popular, and she's perfect and everything. I'm sort of in the middle class. She talks to me sometimes, but not very often. How do i get this girl to like me?

So I have a "friend" who I am totally attracted to. Problem is this: He is married but seperated and going through a divorce and he is not ready for a relationship. (BTW - we met after they split) He is very shy but we have talked openly about this topic because he is also attracted to me. I guess the problem is that we have kissed a number of times and came close to things going too far however when we talk about a relationship he tells me he's not ready. I can understand so I have backed off and told him that when he's ready he knows how to find me. So I'm doing ok with going on with my life until he shows up at my house about once a week. Now nothing is happening when he comes over weekly (we keep our distance and behaive friendly) but its so obvious he (and I) want more. At this point I am not pushing anything and the ball is in his court if he wants to do anything. Its just difficult to see him because it just resurfaces my feelings for him. My question is just for advice. thanks

I have seen this guy i really like who i would love to start talking to and maybe ask out for a coffee, however, i've never had a boyfriend before as i'm 16 and i always thought that love would come to me and that i should wait for a guy to ask me out. i am 15 and a Sophmore in High School. i like one of my friends i don't know if he likes me i catch him staring at me sometimes and when he sees i notice he continues to stare at me when i ask him why he is staring at me he just keeps staring at me and say say just because. one day on my bus i closed my eyes and when i opened my eyes he was looking over the seat and he told me he was just seeing if i was awake, but i don't know. also when this guy i used to like purposly hurt me he treatened to beat him up for me he is always playfully picking on me about stuff like he tells me i am mean and we will spend like 10 min playfully arguing about it then sometimes he touches me on the arm or forehead. i really like him but i do not want to mess up our friendship if he dosen't like me also he may not like me becasue about a month ago he broke up with his girlfriend then asked antother girl out if he liked me wouldn't he ask me out they are still dating

I was recently involved with a man who strongly persued me. We are both divorced. I have been for a year and a half but he has only been divorced for a few months. I was unavailable in the beginning and he was aware that we could only be friends. He kept insisting I give him a chance and assured me I wouldn't be disappointed. We began to talk reguarly and he expressed to me how much he was beginning to care about me. He said all the right things I wanted to hear so of course I gave in. I really started to like him alot and wanted to develop a relationship with him. When he realized I was beginning to have those type of feelings he quickly pulled away. He stopped showing interest and didn't call near as often. He said he decided he wasn't ready for a relationship yet and gave me the "it's not you it's me" line. Now he completely ignores my messages and won't even respond to my texts when I send them. What could I have done to make him feel this way???

Ok s here's the deal..terrence is the guy i've been dealing with for 2 years (but he's not my boyfriend) I really love him, but he's always telling me he's not ready for a relationship. But i contine to make him a priority ( i don't know why) we are in real deep. But recently I Finally sarted talking to a guy named Joe...we are so much a like, he's like the male version of myself...I like him alot, But I love Terrence, should I cut Terrence off for good or not? I know, right now, goodbye everyone! Thank you for your answers to my questions and please wish me luck in my upcoming"new" life. I have a laptop(coming tommorow) and Im going to be invisible to everyone :( New email address, no clicking on links, you know all that stuff to keep private. Never revisiting old emails, all that security stuff. So Im here to say goodbye and I will miss you, but my time has ran out, actually on every level. Time for me to grow up and be an adult. Somehow this is a way of letting go and moving forward, practice what I preach. Sometimes true love isn't good enough, life isn't fair in so many ways as I have experienced and currently am. I just pray for all good things to happen to all of you and for me. I will miss you...all.

I dont know what it is, but every chance a women gets she will start some sort of drama over something really small.

And then women also like to play little mind games with you as part of the fun of starting a new relationship like the "chase" ya thats fun. I enjoy that about as much as a kick in the balls.

We were close friends for a couple years, then he asked me out and i said yes. we dated for maybe 5 months or so. then i broke up with him because i thought it was the best thing to do with all the problems we were having because we were together.
