Start with hello and work from there to maybe an innocent compliment. Don't obsess over it. Just be yourself. Then, if all is going well, ask her if she'd like to hang out sometime. She'll either like you or not. Good Luck!

Basically, take the time to get to know her and maybe she'll be the one crushing on you in a while. Or if you've got the balls, just tell her you like her and want to take her to a movie or something.
