This kid Charles likes me, but theres a problem. IM A LESBIAN!!!! EVERY DAY he asks me to go out with him. keeps stalking me!!!what do i tell him?

He knows im lez but keeeps asking me out its frustrating

The only way to get relief is to be straight up with him. You don't have to tell him you are a lesbian - especially if you don't want that publically known. But you do need to make it known to him that he needs to stop. If you have to be clear and percise. Don't feel the need to explain your reasons why. He doesn't need to know - it's not like you're breaking up with him.

Keep it simple. I gave an example in another answer: "Thank you. I'm flattered but no." Don't add things, make excuses or try to lie to keep from hurting feelings. It only makes them think that there still may be a chance and gets you into hot water later. This way, with a simple answer, there's no room for misconceptions.

If he really is stalking you, such as showing up at all the same places you go, I would seriously consider getting some help from law enforcement. You can get a temporary restraining order pretty easily. It's normally only good for a month or two (you would have to apply again to get a longer one) but it might get the message across that you want to be left alone and don't want to go out. Period.

Don't tell him ANYTHING....just ignore him. He doesn't get it (and probably never will), so if you see him, just flat out ignore him. Did you actually tell him how you feel? That in itself should be enough to let him know that there is no way in hell there's a chance. Some people are just hard-headed, though. I would tell him that he doesn't get it and prepare to be ignored until he figures it out. Just don't be mean, I'm sure the kid is clueless.

If you ask me out again, or keep trying to stalk me, I will report you to the police and get a restraining order. (if you're still in school, you can and shouls also report it to the dean or principal)."
You can also try threatening to kick him in the balls, but this will get you in trouble if you later report him.

Tell him the truth. You should be proud of who and what you are, but it sounds like you are ashamed or something. He isnt going to go away until he knows why you want him to go away. Just be upfront with him and tell him that the 2 of you should hang out, just not romantically.
