This girl and I have been having a casual relationship for about a year, but over the past month or two it has really escalated to love. We will be taking a short two-day getaway and sharing a hotel room, and I really want to make it special for her. Just because I love her and want her to have the time of her life, even though we have one night. I already have a few ideas but am willing to entertain a few more. Any suggestions?

In the beginning me and my girlfriend were very nice to each other. We talked more, called each other all the time, enjoyed doing certain things and spend times together. We seemed to agree on everything. It seems flawless. We looked compatible and that’s what I feel in love with. I've been dating this wonderful person for about 2 and a half months. everyone has been shocked that we have been going strong, because we are total opposites from each other, like 180 degrees. it was definently an opposites attract thing from the beginning. lately, i've been realizing that i dont want go out with her anymore, and its not because of anything she has done to me, just the fact that i believe its more of a physical attraction than anything. she is very quiet, and i have to basically force her to engage in a productive conversation with me. and now i'm starting to like this long time friend who i have a lot in common with, and can tell anything to. i think breakin up with my current gf is inevitable, but she is head over heels for me right now, and i'm afriad of hurting her, which will prolly happen no matter what. what i need is some sound advice on how to end this as smoothly as possible so i can continue a friendship with this girl. please, its driving me nuts.

right now im unhappy in my relationship. it seems like right now we arent on the same page. now my girlfriend is saying that she isnt for all that marriage stuff. when before she wanted to get married. also i told her that i know things didnt work out with your kids father. but i am here for you. i want to be here. she goes thanks. as long as it goes both ways. what the hell type of response is that?? everything is just so inconsisent. one minute we get along great, then the next minute, things are horrible. we arent talking or anything. she says that she ended all her relationships even though they SUPPOSEDLY all treated her right. does that raise a red flag??

I have been trying to start a relationship with a woman who let me in her life but will not let me get any closer. She wants to hang out with me all the time but she has lingering ex-boyfriend issues that are getting in the way of me getting close to her. Shes knows how I feel but I want to send her a letter that really puts it all on the line so she is forced to read it and know exactly how I feel. This is a rather complicated situtation...I've know this guy for about 1 yr and a half. We didnt talk into aug 2006 which means we've actually talked or been some type of acquaintances for about 6 months. He first started talking to me it was a bit awkard, the first thing he said was "You talking ****" while I was talking to my friend. From then we would talk more but still it was weird becuase he talks little. As the year progressed we talked more and my friends started noticing something, even before I did. Eventually through a mutual friend we found out we liked each other. He told the friend that he would ask me out. Unfortunately he still hasn't. I talk to him time to time but sthings are a bit different. How can I tell if he still likes me? I'm ever so confused.

So I have always dreamed about marrying a British guy. I always just seem to gravitate to things that are british like music, fashion, personalities, literature, movies, humor, artists,..etc. I really didn't even realized this until I actually dated a British guy. I never noticed this about myself until it all made sense that most of my "favorite" things are Brit related. I grew up in Staten Island New York in a Spanish family so I have no idea what this manifested from.
But I am currently dating someone that is not any of those things. My question is should I hold out and hope to find what my number 1 dream is? Or should I write it off as just being a childish dream and forget it?

How can you convince a guy what you saying was right! When it comes to understanding....guys can be tough to deal with! They tend to look from their point of view! How can you convince them that they are wrong or at least make them think of what you are saying? In what ways you can explain to him about something that would make him think about it! For example i don't think it's a good time to explain or try to say something when we fight or had arguments so what i do most of the times i tell him my points and if he doesn't i'll yell so badly and we fight and that night or next morning i'll be writing him a long e-mail explaining what he did was wrong and why i feel that and stuffs!....

Help i can't get this man out of my head i can't eat or sleep and no one makes me feel like he did, he made me feel happy, and safe and amazing now hes gone and i feel lost. And everytime i meet someone i feel like im comparing them to him but they just dont compare.
