my girlfriend broke up with me yesterday because she liked our relationship better when we were just friends...and she wants it to be like that again. i liked it a lot more when we were going out. but u know how when somebody says when they break up with u lets still be friends...they dont ever stay friends..if i cant get her back i wud atleast like to stay friends with her....but now that we rnt going out we have nothing to talk about and its really akward..i really want her back but i dont know how to go about getting her to want me back..any suggestions? please?

Well, I dated this girl in the past and i didnt get much of a chance because she cheated on me with another guy. Yeah, our relationship sucked but she still cheated on me. Now she is planning on leaving her boyfriend for me. She says that she never knew how much she actually loved me, but i'm not sure if i can trust her... I love her so much... what do i do? bought a turkey earlier and the butcher said it was fresh but didnt tell me how fresh...wow can they run...and theyre big too...and mean...im on the table right now...do you think if i reverse the situation my chances of cooking him increase???;0)

I like this boy a lot but I don't really know if he secretly likes me. He is cute and funny but I can't seem to get him to ask me out. But I think his ferternal (or however you spell that) brother likes me and that is kinda weird. He stands up for me and talk to me and stuff and he even walked with me to my house! But he is kind of together with this other but she doesn't know because she doesn't go to the same school. I also don't know if I should keep on going for the boy I like or go on another path for his brother. So basically, I have 2 questions for you guys to answer.

I am married and have been for almost 15 years, but my neighbor is 53 and single and good looking and always talks to me when I get home from work.

He is very social, but seems to want to yack with me all the time. I think of him as a best friend, but I cannot tell if he is like sweet on me, I don't know.

I know, I will get these answers of shame on you, your married, I am not saying I am leaving hubby, I am just curious if I still "have it" like I can still attract people. My husband is not affectionate nor does he ever "notice" me where as my neighbor seems to comment on my appearance, encourages me about being physically fit, and encourages me about going back to school. I think I have been in hubby's shadow and now I want to shine and someone noticing makes me all tingly.

I know, bad bad bad.

I'm in the 8th grade, and at the end of the year there's going to be a sort of mini prom called class night. I have no intention in going and actually am refusing to go because it's just not my thing. I'd have to wear a dress and fancy shoes and get my hair done and that's just not me! There was no problem until my 2 best friends and boyfriend started insisting that I go. My 2 girlfriends are alluding to a gift my boyfriend was going to give me, but I still don't want to go and am vehemently set against it. It seems lie my 3 best friends just aren't listening.... how do I get them to see that I don't want to go?

Okay, there is this boy I like. I asked him out last year (eighth grade) but he said no. He didn't just reject me flat out we became friends and even went out for pizza. Now we're sort of casual friends, we talk at school but that's it. I always see him staring at me and sometimes I catch his eye and smile back. He's usualy the one to break eye contact. We've talked enough that I know his dog's names, his brother's names, even how he spends Christmas. As you probably know the world of teen dating is very shallow. I don't to date him for two weeks and than break up. I'm getting sick of waiting for him to ask me out. I don't want to ask him out again because of what happened last time. No others guys in my grade are interested in me so making him jealous is out. He's a really nice guy, and I mainly like him for his personality. I'm 15 and I'm in ninth grade. He's the same age as me. I'm just getting tired of this suitation and I need advice. Any suggestions?

my boyfriend of a yearand half broke up with me in nov. we were having communication issues etc. However, when we broke up we said I love you to each other. Then out of the blue i get a letter this past week, asking how i am and that he misses me. However, he states that he doesn't want me to take him back because he enjoys being single. But then he mentions that he misses and thinks about me everyday. He tells me to give him a call. I thought it was a closure letter so I didnt. Three days letter he calls my phone 2x, thursday he leaves a message to call him, friday he calls twice hanging up after one ring. I fingally decide to call, but i get his mom, he eventually calls me back four hours later and leaves a message. It was sat. night so i didnt return his call. I call the next day but he was out with friends. I left a message, but it has been two days and i havent heard from him. What is going on? I am so confused, i want to call but i know i shouldnt. Help? I am confusd

man, i reallllllly like this guy. he's a year older than me tho but i dated one that age a few months ago (welllllz) and we are soo effin close. we are REALLY good friends. we were playing truth or dare and he asked me if i liked someone. I said yea, he in 8th grade. he was like "do i know him??" i said "you know him ALOT" i was like dropping hints but that didnt work. -I am 19 and my boyfriend is 18. We have been dating now for 2 years and recently broke up. We are now back together and he told me he wanted to change as did I and we both had a mutual agreement to try and work on our relationship.

he had called me on the phone and asked me what days i had school and was working. I told him that Wednesday i wasn't working and that Friday i had off from school. It just so happened he had the same thing this week. He asked me if i would like to go out on a date and hang out? I told him which day Wednesday or Friday he replied "Both" i agreed. I said sure.

-Today Tuesday he came up to me at work. He told me that his two guy friends had asked him to hang out with them on Friday. I said to him well didn't you make plans with me for Friday. He replied yes but that's why i figured I'd give you notice ahead of time so you have time to make other plans but, we could still see each other Wednesday. When I asked him if I could join him and his friends he told me to “ask his friends” and I wasn’t about to do that.

-I’m a bit angered by this.
My question is would you be angry? He said he was going to “change” but as of right now I see NO CHANGE. Would you be angry? Or am I just over reacting? Should I let him have his time with the boys? And should I still hang out with him tomorrow or blow him off like he did to me? PLEASE HELP!!

This guy that i like who liked me back came over to my house and watched movies with me. He kissed me a good 5 or 6 times before he left my house and was really affectionate. Not like fake affection but genuine affection. Well a week later he tells me that he has come to the conclusion that he just wants to be friends. And everything was fine until like two days before he told me this. But to add to it he tells me to call him if i want to talk about it. He doesnt just drop it, he wants me to talk about it. Does this mean he maybe just wants to start off as friends and maybe lead to someting more or is it a clear cut just friends i-just-dont-want-you-to-think-im-a-jerk thing? And just to add this, he even has met my parents and likes them...im mean seiously WTF?? I have to talk to him at 9 so please help!!

I'm a sophomore in highschool, and there's a freshman girl I saw who I want to get to know. How should I approach her for the first time?
I don't have any classes with her, and i only see her in between some classes.

I wanna go up to her, but I can never find her during any of the breaks or in the morning or after school.

Sicne it's just between a few classes, I can't really go up to her because she's with all her friends and we don't get much time to switch classes.

What should I do? Write a Valentine's day card? Or would it be too wierd giving a valentine's card before even talking to her.

And would talking to her in front of her friends change her judgement or anything?
