we'ev been friends for five years and he seems oblivous i hit on him all the time it seems like he dosen't notice

This is the samething that happened to me but we wont go into details! Anyway, If he has been your friend for five years, then I am sure he willl understand you asking him out! If you have been friends for him for a long time, then asking him out wont make a difference. If he says yes, then your happy! If he says no then you will understnad and make him understnad that even though he said no, You still want to be friends with you. im sure that he even understand without you telling him. I know, Its hard to be friends with someone for along time and not get attached. Your with him all the time, and I know its hard for you, but I will telll you right now that he will understand. Thats what real friends do. Me and my friend(well, boyfriend now) are still dating! Real friends understand you problems, even if the problems are concerning them. PLus, My motto is, that dont be afraid to try new things out!! Be out going! Be happy! be understnading of his problems to! Even if you guys dont go out, you guys will still stay close!

Coming from a guy who used to have a tentacle beard, I have to say that I don't like getting hit on, or I don't really care. Honestly, I like it when they play hard to get. It makes it more challenging, and more worthwhile. I also prefer cute over hot....excuse me, I just lost my popularity for that. Gotta go.

ive been in a similar situation, its not that hes oblivous, it may be that he wants to just stay friends.
