Good news is, ur 16 and there is a whole wide world out there, believe me, you are finding it hard now, but you will move on.
What you should be MOST concerned about is your anger issues. Many people get mad and argue with one another and let words get the better of them. Being able to control those words and not allowing the spitefulness of others get to you is more than just discipline, it's art.
Remember that when you are arguing, people tend to say things just to hurt and not get to the point. When you notice this, step back and tell the other person you will talk to them when they are ready to talk about the real issues and not just say things to hurt you. You must also recognize when you do this to others.

Well for starters, you are both very young. My guess is that you probably scared her a little when you showed her your temper.
At this point you don't want to keep calling her and scare her, she may think you are possessive or have a anger problem.
You can ...go buy a nice card, and put a nice letter in it telling her that you lost your head, and apologize again, and let her know that she can have her space, and when she is ready, she can call you.
If you have a anger problem, please get help with it while you are still young.

the best thing to do is give her some time. she will eventually want to speak to you but she is not gonna give in easily. i suggest that you say you are sorry in the most sincere way possible. and it is really important that you admit to your mistake and let her know that you will try your best not to do it again. tell her you love her and you do not want to lose her because of a stupid mistake you made.
oh and get her two dozen long stem roses with a card expressing how sorry you really are and how much se means to you. this will help

your in deep ****.. A girl will never forget but you might try patching things up with flouers a card and chocollets..get down on your hands and knee's and beg for forgivness. If she will not forgive you then i'm afraid it's over for you ...good luck and remember girls are allways right no matter how wronge they are .It's the rule of love..

say your sorry then leave her alone for a while. say something along the lines of..."hey im sorry about the whole argument thing and im sorry about the word and i hope you can forgive me." then you should just walk away slowly and try not to start a big conversation with her, let her talk to you first and if your lucky she will accept your apollogy.

Give her time to cool off and miss you. If you keep pestering her, it'll only make things worse. Let her come to you. Or, on Valentine's day give her flowers with a note.
