we're 8 years apart. (im 23) Isnt he supposed to be the more mature one in most ways? Cause he acts like a teenager sometimes. always in those hyper moods. He didnt finish college, and calls himself stupid, But is he ACTUALLY stupid?! I dont understand if he's joking. He failed 2 years from graduating from highschool and had trouble with paying attention/ focusing on the work. Is that serious?? We are moving into a different state soon, and he'll have to change his job, can he get back into college?

On my first date out with this very attractive girl, we went to a highly priced resteraunt. When it came time to pay the bill, the resteraunt said my card was declined (my bank had made an error of which I was not very pleased of). I asked my date is she could pay for the meal, but she insisted that the man must ALWAYS pay for the dates. I even told her I'd pay her back but she wouldn't budge, so I did the most gentlemanly and honorable thing I could do: I excused myself to the bathroom, jimmied the window and drove off at 85 mph. Why couldn't she just pay for the meal?

I need some advice about my boyfriend. We just started going out again after not talking to each other for a couple of months. I just now started trusting him again, and now he tells me he still likes his old girlfriend, who he left me for the first time. He told me he wants to share us, she has him during the week and I get him on the weekends.

I feel like i have tired but dont know what else too do. Quite often my boyfriend will say we will do something and then it comes too the time and he changes plans, cant or has something on thats just come up. It leaves me feeling upset and dissapointed. When i try and explain my feelings too him he just gets defencive and in a way turns it back around onto me. I have tried so many different apporches but i just dont know what too do now. Im not saying we have a bad relationship and i dont want to end it with him over this just wondering if anyone would have any ideas. I really hate confrontation and will do anything to avoid it so somethimes that means i will end up saying sorry for something that really wasnt me. PLEASE help me

i met this prof last year, and I am one of his most impressing students and i visits his office frequently ( for academic purpose). Now the course is over, and he knows that i am attracted to him.we have been changing few emails, and he is a great young man, definitely a scientist. He is 32 years old, single and i am 21. Few days ago i decided to make a movement, and i emailed him to ask him out for lunch, and he replied saying that I am a lovely young woman and he enjoys talking with me when i visit his office, but for several reasons he needs for our relationship to remain professional... i've been stupid and hanging out with her to much at school a little clingy. I want to fix it but i don't want her to think i'm avoiding her. what should i do? I'm not really looking to be his best friend ever or to be his girlfriend, but I want to get to know him.

I like him a lot. His name is Matt. He's funny, cool, outgoing, nice, down-to-earth, self-confindent... I could go on forever!!

I kind of stalk him-I know his locker number, address, and phone number. I've looked that up in the phone book and seen his locker.

Yesterday I said about 3 words to him, and today I said about 7. He always asks me for gum too, and I don't want him to start using me.

I am a shy girl, I don't have so many friends and he is pretty popular and has a lot of friends.

My bf and I have been together for 3 weeks now, and I'm wondering what I could do for V-day. I'm 28 and he's 30 so we're not a couple of teens. Money for me is tight because I'm a single mom. My kids will be at their dad's place that evening, and over night the friday after. Any suggestions? It's too early in our relationship for "love" and anything too overboard. 1) is it weird for a 14(almost 15) year old to have never had a boyfriend or kissed anyone? it seems like everyone i know has some kind of hidden love life, and i just...don't. there are a few guys i like, but they are so confusing and i have never known what to think about it...which leads me to question 2...

2) There are 3 guys: guy # 1: i met him a few weeks ago at a party and he's kind of..um...not to be shallow, but heavier than most guys i find attractive, and he's definitely not that cute, but he is easy to talk to (only on IM!), tho he talks way too much about sports and i think he likes me, idk what 2 do about him.
