I always assumed that since we were born in the same decade (him born in 1972, me 1979), my boyfriend and I were in the same generation. I'm 28 and he's 35.

but then someone told me today that not only am I in a huge age gap relationship, but he's also a generation older than me?

Anyway I was chatting to the girl I like at work during this week. She flirted with me a little at various different times. In my old question I explained how I asked her out and she responded by saying she was sorry that she has a bf, but that I am lovely, she thinks I'm brilliant and she is so glad she met me. Well I heard through the grapevine that things were not goin well with her bf. I was sitting with her and another girl at lunch. The girl I like talked for 15mins about how much she dislikes her bf, that he is coming back from a trip abroad in 2 days time and she is cringing an the thought of having to meet him. Ok, I met this girl in another country and had a couple of visit and one date. That date we kissed and seem to get along. When I came back we had a short distance semi relationship in the beginning. THen the spark started to slow. I know that she recently broke up with her EX and told me she still misses him and that shes not ready for a relationship. She say she needs time and prefers to hang out with her "friends. I never asked her directly about us because we have no real relations except for a date. But we clicked afterwards and kept in touch. I will be moving there soon BTW By then it wont be long distance anymore. ok so i am dating a virgin, and i think she wants to start to explore...the way she is hinting around at things. now i dont want to take her hand and just put it down there, but should i talk to her and explain that she has the green light to check out the goods? i really want to take my time with her, but i dont mind her playing around with me by touching me in any way she wants. she isnt bold enough to make the first move, and i know that i would love to touch her ALL over but I dont have the guts to do that. now we have been on over 20 dates now, and things are getting serious. i have met mom and dad during a family dinner, other family members, college friends, etc. so....should i just give her the go ahead and see what happens? i dont want her to think im trying to do her, but i want her not to be shy at the same time. Its the stupidest thing I've ever heard and people say it all the time. Why would you want to be friends with someone who broke your heart/betrayed/dumped/cheated on you/whatever the situation? Seriously, I think that people who remain friends after an intimate relationship were never really in love.

My relationship is over....it's over and I feel it. And I don't know what to do. Neither one of us has said godbye yet...but I can't take this anymore...I'm tired of being hurt by him...but it hurts worse to be without him. This has been bugging me for awhile now, I've always talked to girls that I either had classes with when i was in school, or when I see them at work, because, obviously I see them every day so it would be easier to start conversation with them but I never talk to a girl I see in a store or a mall that catches my eye because i'm not sure how to approach them, most of the time I always either wait for them to talk to me or I just leave. I've been debating on if I should talk to girls that i don't even know or continue with my ways and just let them come to me if their interested but with girls you never know if their interested or not sometimes they may wait for you to approach them which is why I'd like to know how to approach a girl that I'm interested in, in a public place that I don't even know (Some of you girls advice would be a big Help)

it's this guy i used 2 date 2yrs ago. we spent time 2gether and enjoyed one another.1 day he made me mad and we stopped talkin.then 1 day i thought of him and wanted 2 reunite but a friend of mines told me he was in jail. i went 2 go c him and i didn't expect him 2 b there. last time i visited i told him that i wanted 2 b his girl.so now we're 2gether.@ 1st i was all 4 it but now i'm needin him around me & its gettin tough. he has 2 serve 2ys so he has 1 left. i need him in every way-support,affection etc. i don't know how much i can hold on. i want him out so badly. he didn't do anything bad.i just miss him badly. we don't talk on the phone cause i have financial issues-that cost...of course we write.any suggestions?
