Seriously. Walk up to her and ask her to out for a diet coke some night after school. or a football game. anything. meet at the mall. homework. a movie. pizza. whatever. Too young for starbucks? point is, talk to her. If she's interested in you and you don't speak to her, she'll lose interest..
Girls of all ages like cute. They like charm. They like wit. Humor. entertainment. excitement. They want to be enchanted.
And most girls like nice guys. Some like football players. if she's one of those and you don't play, wait a couple of years.

You should see if she like you or kind of likes you before you make the move;otherwise your going to get hurt and you should go somewhere private and tell her.

because...high school romance usually don't last that long.
college is a different story...
anyways...you can't make anyone to like you, but you can show that person you care about them. don't take it to the extreme though...otherwise...it's kinda freeky....
show your humor side...try to make her laugh...
just be friends with her first...get to know her better...
then you will know exactlly what you have to do.

just start to be friends with her and she if she wants to hang out. tell her it is no big deal. just straight out tell her that u like her.

i know EXACTLY how you feel. i'm going through the same thing pretty much
okay, there's no 100% guaranteed way to get someone to like you. either they like your or they don't. but just try talking to them. get to know them, and let them get to know YOU. don't be shy. she can't get to know you if you don't try!!
once you've created a steady friendship, tell her how you feel. just say, "listen, i really like you [insert name here] and i hope you like me too."
or something like that!
