Singles & Dating - 8 January 2007

My girlfriend has been given me the silent treatment for the last 3 weeks. I have tried everything to get her to talk me. I have tried writting love poems. I keep apologizing to her even though I don't know what I did. Today she surprised me by deleting me off her friends list on myspace, but she says she still in a relationship and she kept everything that I wrote her. So to all the ladies out there, maybe you as women you can give me advice on how to handle the situation that a man can't. I wonder if she is trying to break-up with me or does she need space.

im 15 and im not popular but not a "freak" either. i grew up with all these guys n even tho i like a few of em, i cant get them 2 4get that i used to b the total nerd w/ big glasses n everything. im def not like that anymore, but i think thats what they all still think of me as.

ok im a middle kind of guy im not a loser and im not a jock so im in the middle sort of neutral but i dont have too many friends that are girls... is it obligatory for the guy to come up with all the conversation starters? because i can't really start up a conversation and i can give in an occasional laugh now and then in a conversation... now the second question... do you think or do u know if there is a girl that is compatible with me? thanks...

as u know im 13 years old but im going though some stuff.
my mom has known her friend for 7 years as the 7 years went by i started to like my moms friend sister who is 15.
i think she is giving me clues like hugging me everyhour.
saying i love u when i do something nice.and allways invites me into her room.

i dont know what to do should i ask her out or no.
wat if she says no, then it would be weird seeing eachother
wat if we go out and she breaks it off, it would ruin the friendship.
but u never know.

I have been married for 10 years, so I am out of the loop, but a good friend of mine was seeing this guy for a few months and he was really into her, he was telling her he loved her and all that. They were together once, then, about 3 weeks ago, his grandfather died. He told her he needed time to work through things and hasn't contacted her since then. His last contact went something like,"no change in my feeling, but I need some time and space to get through this." I think it sounds like a line? Can a get a guys point of view? Thanks.

From my collection of lay glory, I have come to conclusion that office looking chicks who are sophisticated looking in public, they are freaky in bedroom. Once they are out in public they don't even hold hands together but in bedroom they become these lusty sluts. Why office chicks? Why? Why don't u get ur frick on in public? There's this boy in my science class and he sits next to mee, he has a nickname for me and he only calls me by it. He sits next to me, plays with my hair, touches me, and talks to me all the time. He told me for his 18th birthday he wants me to pop out of a cake for him. He's so funny. I never met anyone funnier, I am beginning to really like him. Okay, here's the thing: I have been with my boyfriend for a year and a half now, in early August it will be 2 years. This is my first long-term relationship, even though I'm 23, and his as well (he's 24, not that it matters). I moved in with him about several months ago, but before that I was seeing him almost everyday. Early on in the relationship--like the first 8 months---he seemed very much in love with me and eagar to please me--we'd go out tgether a lot, he'd buy me dinner a lot, buy me flowers once in awhile---but now and since the last few months that I've been living with him, he seems like he doesn't love me anymore. I know he's the blunt type, but he's also a nice guy, and maybe he's afraid to hurt me by telling me that he's not into me anymore, or maybe he's not sure of his own feelings. The thing is he never wants to go anywhere with me anymore, he just wants t go on the computer all the time and work on his website. Should I just take the hint and leave? Am I wasting time

I like this guy I know at work who I walk with (and two other people -- 4 of us walk every day. We went out to shows and had dinner twice in December(things I had told him about). Ladies: I assume that when a guy hits on you and you don't find him physically attractive or if there is no chemistry you would say no. However, if you found out that he knows famous people or movie stars and is acquainted with them (ie Tom Cruise, Julie Robert, George Clooney, etc) then would you date that guy?

I've always been curious if women date men out of the ordinary only if he is semi-famous by knowing certain movie stars or athletes even if you are not 'initially' attracted to him.

I've been talking to a guy for about four months and we care about eachother soooo much. I've seen his myspace & he's seen mine & some of my friends know him. He is just so perfect & said he loved me & that I was the most amazing, beautiful girl he's ever been with. I really do love him. We talk basically all day & night.
