I am a quiet guy just wondering if it's even possible for a girl to like a quiet/shy guy. Do girls only like outgoing/loude guys?? It's not like I'm unfriendly. I try to smile and be enjoyable but I sometimes wonder if there's a girl out there like me??

I had a gf for 18 months. My girl friend and I have had a very difficult time since I moved to college. She said she wants to regain "identity" and she says I do too. She keeps saying "for now" and "I still have hope". I'm willing to wait for her for along time. I love her. And I'm not misusing that word. But I know I can't put all my eggs in one basket..
the problem is i live 45 min away from her right now. Is long distance even possible? I mean I'll see her over summer. But then she'll be going to college soon...is it even worth it? I know I'd put 100%into it but the question is..will she? She wanted a break now...will she again when she goes off to college whereever it may be?

Heck ya! I think some of the shy guys are so awesome and mysterious because when you get to know them, they tend to open up and can be more themselves. Just cause you're shy in bigger groups doesn't mean you don't have anything to say. I like it because they're not obnoxious either. There are tons of girls that are shy too. I can be when it comes to guys, but I am very open and outgoing once I'm comfortable with someone.
You think that 45 minutes is a long ways away? That really isn't that bad. Just make more of an effort. If she wants some time alone, let her, but don't give up if you really want to be with her.

for sure oftentimes going on adult men can like shy quiet ladies. i imagine those adult men are attracted to you, because your diverse from all the different ladies. And adult men like that! next time you be conscious him, even as your strolling previous him be like "good day!" don't be afraid to do it although. If he's helpful he will say some thing lower back. it may even get a verbal change all started. basically be your self and pretend your talking to at least one among your individuals, it really is what I do and it continuously helps calm me down and it makes it a lot less awkward. good success!

I've like quiet and shy guys... but sometimes they seem closed off and hard to get to know, or stiff and uncomfortable to be around. It's these traits that get in the way, not the quietness or shyness. That's actually rather charming.
