Hi i am struggling with my work colleagues the thing is it takes me ages to get to know people and once i start getting on with them and they feel comfortable with me it goes out the window as someone new starts and then they dont want to know me. Its like on workdos i feel left out as not many people talk to me. I like a couple of the guys who i work with but its always me initating it as im shy they dont talk to me as much. He's three years older than me which is a HUGE leap in high school... and he's been a family friend for over ten years. I've had a mad crush on him ever since I can remember, mostly because he was older and always paid me so much attention. Then he got busy and I didn't see him until really recently until our family had dinner with his. I know I'll never be good enough for him but I can't help waiting up for him to email me and wishing he thought about me too. There's no way I'm going to tell him how I feel, I think it's useless. Boyfriend told me the other day that nothing lasts forever including relationships and we too someday will part...he asked me if I see myself growing old with him, I said maybe. He mentioned jokingly that when I graduate from college in May that he will let the realtionship fizzle out...but he said he was just kidding. He then asked "do you think we will have a love child?"..... He also said that he probaly should not be telling me because I would think something i should not and think that he was trying to tell me something like he does not want to be with me...but that is how i felt after he said these things. what should I do or think now? we have been dating for almost a year.

So me and my now ex were hangin out the sunday before christmas and i noticed that he had blood running down the side of his face i asked him to look at me and he said no so i moved his face in the direction i wanted it to be but he got upset and smacked me and said Girl i said no and thats what i meant now we then got into a heated arguement after about 20 mins of arguing i felt it was dumb for me to sit and argue with him so i left the day after christmas i was online and when he logged on he asked if i was mad and i replied what do you think a few days after that he started sending me messages and appologizing and telling me how he missed me and wanted to get back together i dont want to get back with him because i dont want him to do what he did but i do want to get back with him because i love him.
what should i do?????

I've been dating this guy for about a month now. We click VERY well and spend a lot of time together, including nights. Also, he already invited me over for dinner at his parent's house although I declined. I feel like it's the right time to take this to the next level since neither of us are seeing anyone else. I don't want to see anyone else and neither does he. The thing is, I'm not sure how to go about asking. I can be a bit shy and I don't want to come across that I may be pressuring him. Any words of advice or casual ways to hint at him that I want him as my man and only mine? I realize some people will say he will ask but I want him and not about to let some other girl snatch this great guy up! Thanks!!

your small advice make my life more beautiful.
i am an indian, and after 1 week i will meet a girl for marriage.she is coming from usa, basically she is from gujrat and live in usa from last 3 years, this is my first time, i am so narvous, coz i am very shy boy and generally not talking with girl,and another prob is that i don't know her language very well, there is only one common language between us and that is our mother tongue. what should i do? about which thing i should ask her so i can understand her easily, bcoz hardly i have only 20 min to talk with her and can i request her that we can talk in mother tongue?

We are sexually active. We also go on dates out to eat here and there. He tells me he likes me but he pops in and out of my life . He even introduced me to his mom, sister, and brothers. omg! i need help...
me and my boyfrind broke up about two weeks before christmas holidays because he was chatting more than friends with one of my really good friends and he said some hurtful things.
like"we need a break" are breaks in relationships even real?
and that "u have ur bff so y would u ever need me?" thats hurtful

its been a while since ive been dating and ive been seeing this guy for 3 months we really dont go anywhere because our schedules clash i work days he works nights but he will come and spend time with me im just not sure if he's feeling me the same way im feeling him how do you know he is a very busy man and i understand that i do like the way things are going im just not sure where this is going yes we did have sex after the 3rd month and it was good i have no complaints and he definately has no complaints and his conversation is great so tell me am i just in my head and if so help me get out.
