No, it never says in the bible you will go to hell for dating a black man. That is not a sin. She just wants it her way and by putting the bible in the mix she is using that to control your choice. God would never discriminate his own people and if someone did tell you that, what bible are they reading because we no God only lives by rightiousness. But I do have an idea. The next time she says that, surprise her with the bible unexpectantly and ask her to show you the verse. That will be funny and you will prove her
wrong in a nice way and she will be stuck. Let me no how it goes.

I do not belive that there is a place in the bible that states that dating or marrying out of your race is a sin. Tell your mom that King Solomon had a black wife, the Queen of Sheba was probably black. The whole book The Song of Solomon is one long love poem to her.

Well I'm not religious so someone who has read the bible will need to answer the first part. But I believe that it is most probably a method of control. Ask her to prove it. Anyway if it doesn't bother you that much then tell her, she should stop using it after that anyway. Why should anyone (even god if you believe in him) tell you what you can or can't do with your life. Its your life, do what you want with it.

I've never seen anything that says that in the Bible. Seriously, ask her to sit down and show it to you. Take the Bible to her and tell her that you really want to know the truth. I'll be interested to see where she comes up with it. Let us know what she does. I've always read in the Bible that all men were created equal.

The Bible does not say that you will go to hell for dating outside of your race. Your mother should not say such things to you. Choose to date a good person who makes you feel good, regardless of their color. But be aware that choosing to date outside of your race invites a number of complications into your life in the form of disapproval from family and friends.

It does not say that in exact words, but in Dueteronomy, I believe it gives general directions on how to live ones life. It is the same place that says a man should not lay with another man.....and so on

She's pushing her prejudice on to you. It's not there. Make her show you.
Even if she shows you something close...NOBODY is pure-bred anymore. That means everyone is of a different race because we are all mixed.
Religion all by itself is merely a controlling mechanism.
