Simple: don't be afraid of rejection, that's part of the game.

HI-Your like me Im a bit shy, It is always the same when an atractive girl starts a new job the lads try & get to know her & hopefully try & get a date if you dont bite they try & put there attentions to someone else, so ignore them & carry on with your work & some one will come to you & break the ice maybe a new male will start at your works & see you & hey presto, stay in there girl, D.F;

It is my opinion that we teach people how to treat us on a daily basis. If you have feelings of anxiety, doubt, and low self-esteem, essentially people are going to treat you in a less than respectful manner. Respect of self begins on the inside, and the confidence that you feel from that self-respect radiates to the outside..and draws people to you.

I would suggest that you begin to mediate a bit each day. You can quiet your mind and access your heart. Once you make a communion or relationship with yourself on the inside, and begin to feel good about yourself, you will be surprised how your outer world will open up for the better.
