I am the guy who thinks,
to be happy ,
1. I need to be physiclly healthy and balanced ,and to have good shape so I can respect myself and others .
2.I need to find a real love , if I just collect tempory hearts or keep on unsatisfactory relationship there will be no true sex,no true pleasure ,no true satisfaction.
I know it very well.So I decided to do it.So I did good exercise and tried youga and I tried to find a real love.I tried to be real me.
BUT I lost my self I ate alot watching late night tv( but not to the degree like a fat guy) ,stopped exercise and what the hell is real love I kept on collecting temporary pleasure.and I realised something went terribly wrong So I decided to do it again.This stupid circle was not once
To speak shortly my life has been like this .How to keep controlling myself and not to fall in this stupid circle again I amm serious PLEASE HELP

I really never talked to her so i started to and we talked about evrythin. I felt comftorable around her since she was single. This past weekend on saturday i was gonna make my move then she hooked up wit her old bf. This made me so mad because the first time he jus let her go and found a new girl the next week. she was so sad and i was so mad. i got to know her more than when i wanted to make my move she hooked up wit her old boyfriend, As a friend i told her that i care about her and will protect her. I told her to becareful wit this guy. I wanna tell her so bad but i dont want to be a jerk. I dated a guy last year when i was a freshmann in high school n we dated for like 3 weeks and for some stupid reason i thought i loved him and ended up performing what i guess you could say was oral sex on him i know it was a mistake and we've both come to terms with that and are at peace with eachother but i still feel horifically guilty about it and my friend keeps bugging me as to whether or not i've told my current boyfriend (who ive been dating 4 like 10 mos). I figure he probably doesn't want to know nything unless it's how much better he is as a boyfriend than the other guy was, but whenever i think about it it makes me feel upset and guilty. I'm not sure if he'd look at me any differently or respect me any more or less or be disgusted or what his reaction would be. I do believe he'd still love me but it would be something i could never change. Should I tell him?

yesterday night, we hanged out with his cousin and our friend.
so it is 4 of us...
he became so close to our friend and i feel kind of jealous.. i do not know why.
they were like at istana park talking and she even ended up lying on his shoulder..

I broke up with my ex before thanksgiving.
