go slowly, that is, slower than you think you should go. tell her your first name and don't worry about her telling you hers until she wants to. give out information about yourself slowly too--if you say too much too quickly, you'll get her to think you're moving too fast. Tell her some of the things you enjoy doing, but it's much better to ask her open ended questions about herself--these are questions that require more than a yes or no answer. example: "What do you like to do on the weekends?" etc.
