I just met this girl and we hung out 3 times and the 2nd time we held hands and cuddled and 3rd we got really close...what should i do next...like i dont know what to do the next time we hang out of to go for the kiss or what? HELP!!!!

Seems like you're getting pretty close. Can you talk to her freely? If so, why not ask her if it would be alright to give her a kiss? The worst she could say is no, but she won't push you away either.
Holding hands, cuddling, getting close. Next step kiss her. Perhaps even start on the cheek and see if she likes it.
Ladies, am I right? Suggestions?

Here is a surefire way to tell if she is ready to be kissed. It ALWAYS works.
Next time you are around her, start lightly stroking her hair, and say something like "You have such pretty hair..."
Its a very subtle compliment and if she looks at you and smiles, then you can be 100% sure she is ready to be kissed. If she looks at you strangely or pulls away, then its probably a good bet that you have some more work to do before you go in for the kiss...
Makes a pretty awkward situation pretty easy to know whats going on in her head...

I agree with Ron when he said about asking (unless you're feeling a really, REALLY strong vibe that she's into you, then just go ahead. But with a slow, caring kind of kiss.). Never hurts. :) Good luck.

Keep things on the past you have them now....but if you want to rush then trust your instinct. Do what you think she'll like but don't push it because not all girls are the same.
