My friend "Johnny" and I got into a fight. He accused me of liking him, then his friend "Mark" who I am also friends with. But I had been talking a lot more to Mark online from about 10pm-2am. I have no interest in Mark. Then after I told Johnny I didn't like Mark over and OVER again, he told me I didn't like "Karl" the guy I do like. When I assured him I did like Karl, Johnny said he didn't believe it, and left the IM convo saying that I indeed like him, Johnny. Basically Johnny said I liked him, one of his best friends who I started becoming good friends with, said I didn't like the guy I like, then left off saying that I like him. Later he said sorry, and I forgave him. But got really weird when I asked why he did it. Something about how curiosity killed the cat. I dunno know, it was weird. Anyways, we're friends again, but everything is sort of awkward. So, tell me what you think. Any idea why he did it. He was one of my best friends, and I really want to fix this. Help?

People are very visual. We like to see pretty people and will chose to hang out with a prettier person over an ugly person. This is a fact. However, there is also the realization that beauty if only skin deep and what really should matter is what is on the inside. But would you go out with a girl that was ugly, yet she was smart, kind, warm, social, and had alot of beautiful qualities?Or would you chose the more attractive girl? How important is physical appearance and how much time and effort should one put in order to look good. Please do not say that physical appearance does not matter, you are lying to yourself, since we are not blind and the first thing we see and judge, in other words our first impression of a person is based on their appearance.

erg, well for starters i broke up with my boyfriend after being together for 6 months, i deeply regret it, and i miss him so much.
And well my best friend, and him are also best friends , and i found out today she likes him, and he sure as heck acts like her likes her back.
I really want to be happy for them, but it's so hard.
I don't know if i should just keep it to myself and not say anything to my ex or tell him how i feel ..
I don't want to ruin anything or cause waves.
Any advice ..?

When people ask me if I ever had a bf I tell them no. There like in shock because they always telling me how pretty I am and how boys would be over me. The truth is they don't hardly.

Im kind of shy but I always try to smile when I can, Im not afraid to smile. If someone starts talking to me or if I do it's easy.

Im just not one of those girls that the first time they meet you they have this bubbly personality. For me it takes a couple of days and I noticed guys don't give me a chance to. The ones that do sometimes I find out that they have gf's so it's a no no.

So why do they just give up so easily?

okay...im 14 years old and i live in MO...but im going out with this 16 year old who live in NV. I've known him for like 5 months and hes so sweet and nice and he knows everything about my life..hes the only one i love and he says the same to me:] he listens to me when everyone else ignores me. well soon to be girlfriend if im too fortunate.

First of all and the big thing is we are in a distant relationship. I gave her a gift on her birthday, a gift this christmas. She took it very well with thnx. But sometimes she's acting weird. The last time I talk to her, she was a little mad coz of a little conversation we had that i dont think its a big deal, shes so sensitive. SInce then, she never answered my call on a christmas eve even a text message.

Sometimes when i call, she never like to be talked when shes out like shopping, going to a parlor coz shes not comfortable with it. I told her about this and she said, you have to deal with it coz im like this, i even dont answer my mom's call, she said. If you cant deal with it, our relationship will never last.

In short, shes in a good mood in a minute but after few minutes she's bad and it cycles all over again.

Weird!

Is she hiding something from me? or is there other girls like that?

I have a thing about female feet and dominant women. My gf is pretty selfish, and we have had quite many fights over that. To be frank: Id dump a woman if she gained a pound of weight. call me shallow, but i think its just fair, i stay in shape, why should she stuff her mouth with big macs? I no offense.,.. wouldnt it be gross to see her naked with all the flabs hanging in the side? what about the putrid sweat? strech marks here and there... is this out of desperation or is it true love. This guy I like very much is so confusing. I know he has a gf that he sees on the weekends & often when he was getting ready to leave to visit her he would tell me he didn't really even want to go. Was he hoping I would tell him not to go & stay & do something with me? He is all the time asking me why I don't ask him to do things for me. He wanted me to go with him & meet his buddies once & I told him I couldn't. He doesn't seem to understand that since he has a gf I can't interfere & there are lines I can't cross.

So I guess I just want to know how often do guys do this (have a gf and act like it has nothing to do with him and another girl). I've given him several chances to just completely walk away but he won't. I'm assuming he is still with his gf but we don't talk about it anymore. I guess we are friends (he won't say what I am to him---he knows I like him as more than a friend). Why does he not understand this?

I started to spill my guts about the whole saga blah! blah! blah! but I would prefer advice on getting my so and so out of the bed and going on with life.
His words haunt me " I am a good man and you will never ever find another man like me" and I am starting to believe those very words. Please pinch me, slap me, shake the hell out of me, but help me get those words out of my head and to help me move on with life. Any advice is welcome or just tell me how you got through this painful time. By the way the getting together with friends is out because my friends are 10+ years older than myself ( I am 39) and they just don't do those types of things.

I love my boyfriend very much and planning on marrying him some day.

My problem is he is very happy right where he is. Living I mean, not that I want to ever move but I would love to travel the world. Visit the pyramids, See the wailing wall, wake up on a tropical beach or even visit the markets in China.

He has told me these things do not interest him.

Should I go alone, join a tour group things like that.?

He has told me he would fine with me going and him staying home.

Do you think he is telling me the truth.?

By the time I get to where I can afford to travel both our children will be grow. His right now is 17 mine is turning 17.
