I've been talking to this person for a couple weeks every single day, talking all nite and messaging eachother throughout the week. We've known eachother for about 5 months now, but only started talking a lot more recently. There is still more we have to learn about eachother. Last week I was asked out in a really sweet way. I wasn't ready for any relationships and I thought it was the same with this person but then this happened. I said yes hoping something good would come from it. This person is really mature and we have so much fun talking to eachother. Over the weekend, I was told that no one can make them happy and they're scared because of past relationships. I know thats a big part of why that is. It is going to be hard to put out a lot of emotions for both of us. I have my approach for this but wondering what you all think. I don't wanna do too much and make'em think I'm trying to rush it, but I'm a person that likes to do things for people. Tell me what you think. Thnx

ok . . . my gf broke up with me back in march and said she wanted to date around and see whats out there and all that good stuff after a 2 year relationship. . she starts dating this kid i went to high school with 2 weeks later . . . i hate the kid so its obviously a bad situation for me . . . so i try to get her back for about 2 months and in the middle of june i went NC . . on our 2 year anniversery at the beginning of july she send me a text that says . . "today was two year" just to remind me of it i guess . . . and ever since that text she has been calling/texting/leaving voicemail/or emailing me once atleast ever 2-3 weeks . . . a few times in was 2-3 times in a week . . . i have not responded to her or anything . . . so its been 5 months and its still going on .. .she is still with this same guy so she obviously knows we cant be friends be cause of the situation.. . . . . .so why does she keep trying to contact me?. .

So, here is the story. A friend of mine introduced me to a friend of his that was in need of a roomie. Being in need of a new place to live, I happily agreed and all went well. Life was grand. My new roomate and good friend (Flavio), then got serious with a girl he had been seeing for a while and was living in the shared apartment. After a few months of 3's company....Mr Hyde quickly appeared and my Flavio went missing. Insansity ensued. The final straw in Flavio's relationship occured in a 12 hour standoff arguing the merits of a threesome with the inclusion of another female at Flavio's insistance. Flavio and his girlfriend parted ways and extreme grief soon entered Flavio's life. He "found Jesus" that day and decided to get counseling and change his ways.

Flavio's ex-girlfriend and I have since become very close friends and I have developed a want for something more. She seems on board but Flavio thinks this is wrong.

this guy at my school who attends they same school as i, always stares at me and i feel its disrespectful; and i feel embarrassedl. he has done plenty of times ,everytime im by myself, he could even be in a group of girls and he does it and when he's by himself. he never says anything which perplexes me.i looked at him one time when he did and he continued to stare. but for some strange reason he speaks to me in public everytime i might happen to see him around. i dont understand, does he dislike me for some strange reason? the story is simple... i fell in love with my really good friend....we have been friends for like 5 years..... but when i finally told him, he said he i was just a friend nothing more...and he cud never see me as anything else...
well that broke my heart and i was depressed cuz i had fallen hard for him...but after sometime i kinda saw things in focus again...and continued with my studies... hey the guy was honest with me...

but then he called me with his gf problems as usual and it hurts, still damn hurts...
so i told him i wud be unavailable for some time... i needed some time to myself....
he just texted me right now... he needs me....(or is using me?) it will be again some gf probs...

Call me old-fashioned but to me the first date the guy pays. To me it'd be just awkward to offer to split or whatever on a first date, especially if the guy asks you out.

On the second date I'd be happy to invite. But I've come to notice that some guys think that if you don't offer to pay you're expecting them to always pay and that you're going live off his salary or something. It's sort of a bad first impression. I wanted to see if I was wrong about that.

If I asked the guy out, that's a whole other story (that rearely happens, though, I mean girl asking guy out). I'd pay beacuse I suggested going out.

Ultimately the one that asks out, pays the bill.

if a girl asks your opinion on what models/actors look nice is it possible that she is interested to find out what kinda of looks your into?

she was showing me some pics of women on the net then askin if i thought they were nice n that =\ then she shown me a blonde woman and i said im not into blondes that much and then she showed me the blonde chick outta charmed and i said shes quite nice.. and she said "i might get my hair dyed blonde i think".. and i went "oh no dont, i think you look nicer with brown but suppose u could try it one day to see" =) she also asked me if certain clothing looked nice =\

then a week later her mates are shouting across the room, "shes gettin her hair dyed blonde" and i heard and thought is this a coincidence or she tryin to get my attention?

she never dyed it though in the end.. and kept it brown.. personally i like her with brown hair =D

yea and she comes in sometimes and say her hair is a mess.. is it possibly a hint for me to compliment?
