Why does he talk to me in public?
this guy at my school who attends they same school as i, always stares at me and i feel its disrespectful; and i feel embarrassedl. he has done plenty of times ,everytime im by myself, he could even be in a group of girls and he does it and when he's by himself. he never says anything which perplexes me.i looked at him one time when he did and he continued to stare. but for some strange reason he speaks to me in public everytime i might happen to see him around. i dont understand, does he dislike me for some strange reason? And i know and heard he's a male whore

that's why.

a man whore is one who can control his urges.
he looks at you like that, because he don't necessarily likes you. i mena he might, but if he looks at you in like a creepy kind of way, he's probably thinking of you in a lustful way and he can't control his urge.

When a dude usually stares at a chick, it means he wants to talk and get to know you better. I dont know what to do about the "whore" thing... ask him "How much?", if he replies with a dollar amount, chances are he's a hoe.

Either for annoyance or curiosity. Sounds weird, I'd ignore it, report it, or find out why he's looking at you so much- obsessing over anyone or anything is BAD, be careful but it doesn't sound to harmful/threatful, Good luck
