my friend is dateing a total ***** and iv seen her making out with other guys and if i tell him he will never talk to me again and wouldent believe me and if i dont tell him he will find out and find out i knew and he will be pissed and he will be crushed and never talk to me again.

Tell her that you know and that if she doesn't come clean you will have no choice but to tell him yourself.
Either that or just go right ahead and tell him. You have nothing to gain from lying and he should see that if he's sensible. If you do tell him and he gets angry towards you, ask him what he would have done in your position? I'd always prefer to be told than to find out I was the last to know.
Girlfriends come and go but friendships are forever. He'll thank you eventually.

I think that as a friend, a good friend. You should say something to keep him from getting hurt more down the road. Yes he might be angry at you in the beginning but if he's a true friend, he will come back around and see that you did no wrong here. Just make sure you have some kind of proof to show you're not lying to him. No one deserves to be cheated on, and no one deserves to be lied to by a friend. After you tell him and if he decides to not talk to you, then at least you could say you cared enough to put your friendship on the line so he wouldn't get hurt even more. Imagine how much more upset he would be with you if he found out that you knew and didn't say anything. Thats lost of trust, and there can't be any pain worst between two friends.

Just keep in mind that to tell a friend something like that you could very easily end up being the scapegoat. It happens a lot, but it dosen't mean you shouldn't tell him.
If feel for you, I really do. The question you should ask is, would you want him to tell you if the shoe was on the other foot?
If the answer is yes then that is how you explain it to him... And tell him its really killing you, but that you love him as a friend and would want him to do the same for you.

Tell him. If he's a friend you'll be honest with him. Let him know what a hard decision it was for you to tell him. If it were the other way around would you want him to tell you? The people who tell you to mind your own business, probably cheat themselves. Do the right thing. Be a friend. Nobody likes to be made a fool of. If this girl is cheating she isn't in love with your friend and he needs to open his eyes.

Well it all depends...Will he never be your friend again or will he understand you were just looking out for him? Sometimes people just have to find out on thier own.BUT if you think he can come to his senses and take your word(get him to believe you)then I think you should tell him as soon as possible before he starts LOVING her or falling deeper in love with her! If it was me, I wouldnt wanna know but I would want to know.In the long run, he'll thank you for it.

you should tell him; maybe get a couple of his other friends to tell him too... hes probably not gonna want to talk to you for a while but if he really is your friend he'll get over it....also when he finds out that you were just telling him the truth...he'll realize that you were just looking out for him...

for me, i always put myself in the other person's shoes..if i feel it is something i would want to know, then i feel i should tell...ya, he might be torked off at you at the time, he will be hurt but he will also realize that you are doing it for the right reasons and most likely thank you later for being honest with him.
