My boyfriend and I have been together for a year now. We are only Sophomore's in college and have just come home for Christmas break. I live in Ohio and he lives in Missouri. He doesn't understand that I need to be with my family for Christmas beacuse my grandpa has been sick for the past year and it may be his last. He thinks I'm choosing to be away from him because I don't care even though I told him I would come to Missouri the 26th of December. What can I do to show him I really care and would be there if I could?

me and my ex have been 2gether 4yrs. We were both 16 when we started. We never fought but out of nowhere 2 mouths ago she broke up with me. Since that time we both been on a roller coster ride from hell. She comes back she loves me next week we're just friends. Then after a wk of not talking she calls agian asking 4 help. I go and we for that day get back 2gether. last monday she does it agian and wants to be just friends. I see her last night and we talk and we seem like friends. I called her today and we talked. I asked her want she wanted and she just wants to be friends, she says she nolonger loves like she use too and she sometimes has the mixed feeling but she thinks she is over it. I told her i still love and i want to marry her. I would still take her back. Now we agreed to not see or talk to each other 4 a long time. I guess for me to get over her. I still feel it why do i still love her? I dunno what to do. I dont want to move on. but i guess i have no choice.

I have known this guy for over a year. We started out kind of dating, we had one date, then i studied abroad for the summer. I didn't tell him I was leaving, but I called shortly after my return. Initially, we talked occasionally, but lately the conversations have become more frequent.

We are both very silly and playful. However, I think that I may take it too far occassionally. I say little jokes (i.e. cracks) that I think a potential gf wouldn't say but a friend would mostly about him being old (he's only 26 and i'm 23) even though he really isn't.

He seems so interested when we converse in person and/or on the phone, but he hasn't mentioned a specific day for another date yet? Am I overreacting? Any info or suggestions?

I had a dream that I was at school in science class and my friend Chis V. (I also have a crush on him) asked me "if u had to pick me or Ryan S. (friends with Chris but really ugly) to have sex and give a ******* who would u pick." He gave me a piece of paper with his cell# on it and asked me to give him my cell#. Later that night I called him up and told him I picked him. Then the next day at school he told me to meet him somewhere after school. Then after school I went to the place he told me to go. when I got there I saw him sitting on a bench so I went up to him and he said "lets go take a walk" so we where talking about something but I don't remember what. And then my mom woke me up to get ready for school.
(not a dream)
Then the next day at school in science our teacher had the whole class to sit in the back at these lab tables. Whenever I would write something in my notebook or whenever I was looking away and I looked back to see what we were doing I saw Chris lokking at me.

I've seen this woman around school and my apartment buliding.she lives on the a couple floors up.I've started talking to her through myspace & found out that she just broke up with her girlfriend.I was giving her piece of mind by saying that she'll find someone that will keep her happy & who knows how to handle a relationship.She thanked me & we made plans to meet.we took a nice long walk & she told me about her past relationships.We went back to her place and continued the evening there. The question that I want to address is, why do guy's get mad at girls when we want to be friends starting out in a relationship? What's wrong with getting to know a person first? I've recently had an incident where a guy that I was talking to for awhile (10 months) told me his feelings where hurt when I told him this. He started talking to someone else and I got very upset with this. He told me I shouldn't be upset because I wanted to be "friends."

I moved into an apartment a week ago and -- not being a social person -- I didn't expect to meet my neighbor right away. But within 2 hours of moving in he came over to let me know my fire alarm had gone off for several hours the week before...I am still baffled as to why he told me that. Regardless, turns out I have known him all his life. I went to school and graduated with his brother (who I had a major crush on 35 years ago) and know his father very well. Anyhow, this guy is really nice, helpful and 11 years younger. Two days after I met him he showed me that he had his brother's yearbook from the year we graduated...he has told me I am pretty, he says I am funny - and he knows I have high morals -- I am blown away. ok so there is this guy who i like and he liked me and we had gone to the movies 3 times and everything was good and then we talked in his car in my driveway for like an hour and he got all quiet so i asked him what he was thinking (big mistake i guess) and then he's shy and so i was teasing him about being prude and i even told him i was kidding, but now he is all moody. i'll see him and he'll smile and be nice like nothings wrong, but the next time he wont talk to me. and i asked him if he was upset with me and he glared at me and said "Dont ask questions!" all mean. so i dont know if he likes me anymore, but i was thinking about inviting him over to my house to watch movies, but i dont know what to do. please help!

i have been dating this guy for some months and he met a lot of my family and is always at my house i have only been to his house 2 times and when his mother is there it's like he doesnt want her to see me i havent met one of his friends or one of his family members yet but he says that he loves me.
