My bf abused me in june coz he saw me dancing with another guy. He broke up n told me im a cheap gurl along with abuses . then he stopped contacting me. But after a month he started contacting through text mesgs. Again not very pleasant mesgs. but now on 14th nov he again abused me as he kept asking me through text mesgs if i had gone on a date with another guy. But i kept silent and he again abused me through mesgs tht im a prosti**te. He told me he wants to slap me n abuse me . When 2 mesgs were sent by chance to him by me, He abused me n mesgd tht if another mesg i send...he will break my hands n abused me. Why does he abuse me???I replied tht im very much scared of him n to keep away from me . He considers me to be a very cheap gurl whereas i was with my parents when he thought me to be dating with some guy as his friends told him so.He only trusts his friends n they keep telling him im bad.HE SENT 2 MESGS ON 2DEC.1 MESG-HOW'S UR BF?2-I MAY B SILENT BT DEEP IN MY HEART I MISS U

If a date hasn't gone well, and you sense that at the time, do you need to know the reason why? Or will it make it worse? Should you ask them what it was they didnt' like about you, or simply delete their number and move on? Easier said than done though...opinions please

Just looking for opinions. I'm 26, and I've only been withone guy a few times and that was emotional diaster because it ended up that he was just playing mind games with me and I got my heart broken.
So, what's the CONSERATIVE norm? 3 months, waiting until he says he loves you, waitng for a commitment like being exclusive?

Plus how many sexual partners do you think a woman should have in a lifetime in this day and age?

Oh, this is important, I have no interest in ever getting married, maybe one day living with a guy, but not marriage. IMHO I think marrige is for people who want kids, which I don't.

BTW, I'm not dating anyone, I just wanted to know some opinions.

I'm 18 year old female and im good looking. I liked this guy back in highschool and he didnt even want to go out with me. We remained friends i guess and all of a sudden for the past 2 months he's been telling me how much he regrets not going out with me and how we should have gotten to know each other better... Ok, I'm in year seven and i like this girl. We have gone out twice before and somehow stayed really good friends. She doesnt know i like her and all i want is to be good friends with her. some of these questions are unbvelievable. one guy desnt even seem to think theres a problem with him cheating on his gf! My guy friend has recently taken a break from his girlfriend (mutual agreement between them both) due to the fact he wants kids now and she doesnt know if she ever wants them. The break started 13th October 2006 (they are re-discussing their relationship after xmas) and they met up for drinks about 3 weeks after he realised that he was quite happy to forfeit kids for her and wanted to get back. He bought this up when met again a week later and she said she didnt want to talk about it. He has since asked her if he can go to her 30th birthday and she said "no". Im not any good at relationships so what do you think this all means? Does she want to get back with him? Has anyone had a similar experience?

...keeps dragging his bottom along the carpet like a dog. I wouldn't mind but our carpet is nylon and it keeps making his hair stand on end and everytime I try to touch him, it gives me an electric shock. I've dated this girl for approx. 3 months now. For the most part, our dates have been pretty casual--dinner, movies and late night talking. She and I work at the same company so I also see her occasionally. We'd go out for breakfast or just chat during breaks.

For the most part, it seems like we're just friends. I call her more often than she does me. And she turns down the majority of the dates that I try to set up with her. There's also a couple of times she said she would call me but didn't. And a couple of times, when we agreed on a wkend date, she turned up MIA when I called her. So I essentially, I got stood up.

But, when we ARE together, we delve deep into each others' lives. We talk about career, family, God, etc. We kissed once, very early on, but we haven't for 2 months now. Last week, she cuddled up under my arm and fell asleep on my shoulder while watching tv. Is she interested in me? How long before things get more serious? Should I just ask her? Thx

I dont get why im seen as the bad guy for being the way i am! Yeah ive got a girlfriend and i also like to get off with other girls! If i left her and got a place on my own then i would still see her for sex and have my fun with other girls! She would always want me she has told me this many times! this question is a debate between the wife and i. we are the same height (both pushing 5-11 with me being about an inch taller) she says she'd have dated me and married me regardless of my height. i told her she's full of it that women just don't date shorter men.

how do i tell her?
its complicating,because we both are females!
im obssesed with her..
i cant imagine her with a man..which i know would happen one day in thefuture..she would be married to any guy..
and i would be away...would never have a chance to tell her what i really feel..and why i really care for her..throughout all this years.
this confession would freak her off.
she might not speak to me ever again..
i get jealous,as many guys admire her good looks...and they give her lots of attention...
