I've dated this girl for approx. 3 months now. For the most part, our dates have been pretty casual--dinner, movies and late night talking. She and I work at the same company so I also see her occasionally. We'd go out for breakfast or just chat during breaks.

For the most part, it seems like we're just friends. I call her more often than she does me. And she turns down the majority of the dates that I try to set up with her. There's also a couple of times she said she would call me but didn't. And a couple of times, when we agreed on a wkend date, she turned up MIA when I called her. So I essentially, I got stood up.

But, when we ARE together, we delve deep into each others' lives. We talk about career, family, God, etc. We kissed once, very early on, but we haven't for 2 months now. Last week, she cuddled up under my arm and fell asleep on my shoulder while watching tv. Is she interested in me? How long before things get more serious? Should I just ask her? Thx

nicely, before each and every thing, maximum women that you will be drawn to, 20-30 somethings are seeking someone to quiet down with. the biggest turn off i'd say is that you do not believe in marriage and also you in no way choose youthful ones. in case you do not believe marriage is 'healthful' why would being in a relationship which will in no way go everywhere 'healthful'? various women would locate it eye-catching that they are their mans first. My guy replaced into 30 before he lost his virginity... so some distance because the web relationship website, attempt purely utilizing the chat function to seek for suggestion from from someone. you do not unavoidably ought to go out with them, yet purely chatting with a lady would help you sense more effective and provide you a self belief boost. i'm no longer attempting to carry you down, purely answering actually with my own journey and perspectives.

She's unsure if she wants to be with you. When she does have your company, she enjoys it...but not in an exhilarating way. To have dated for 3 months and only kissed just once, that's really slow progress. If a girl likes you, you would have chewed on her tongue by now.

Sound it out to her that you want to take this relationship a step further. If she sounds hesitant and cooks up lame excuses like 'I like the way things are.' or 'I'd like to focus on my career.', it's highly probable that she is holding on to you as backup in case she can't hook up with somebody else.

This is a hard call, but my bet is that she views you as a good friend and enjoys your company. If she was interested, I don't think she'd stand you up. Either way, she's not treating you very well, and eventually you're going to have to broach the topic.

You should never date a person at your company unless you are ready to lose your job at a moment's notice. Find someone else. She doesn't seem like she is worth it, and she doesn't seem interested in you for that matter.

she just need someone to hang around with when shes lonely and bored...otherwise, she would have showed up or at least made a convincing ALIBI...she's into somebody else but if you really like her, make your move....talk to her and ask your standing.

you should just ask her but you seem to be more of a comfort thing than a real boyfriend.
