My friends and I go to this bar for a Trivia Night every Tuesday (yeah, it sounds odd, but it is a lot of fun and an excuse to get out ). Our waitress is always the same, a cute one. We haven't really had any conversations with her, except for the casual waitress/patron stuff, but I would like to ask her out, especially since I just recently turned 21 and I might as well act like it.

What's the best way to ask her out?

I dont know what to think about whether this guy likes me from school
here are the details:
1. He once grabbed my waist by surprise when i was in class with him
2. He occasionaly makes fun of me
3. He tries not to make eye contact with me in the halls
4. He invited me to a totally supervised and controlled party he had, but at the party i told someone i like him and then on the last dance, that person told him something(i dont know what) and he walk fast over to me and asked me to dance
5. He only talks to me every once in a while
6. He knew last year when i told my friend she should invite him to a party she was having and asked me if i had, but when i said it was true, he just left it at that
7. The conversations we have are really short and there is no eye-contact

What should i think?

This guy used to sit next to me and for a while now I kind of had the feeling he likes me. He makes fun of me and my BFFL. Also, whenever I look his way, he always stares at me. But his best friend sits around me so I dont know if he's staring at him or me. Sometimes, when he walks by my desk during class, he shifts his binder across my desk, hoping I'll see him. Then he'll stop at my desk, but not look at me at all. He even asks me for drinks (like water and juice).

Girls why do most of you lead a guy on and make him think that your interested in him and then give him the cold shoulder and completely blow him off. There this girl at my school (its a military school) and she was leading on me and like 4 other of my friends and none of us knew about the others for a really long time because we never have time to talk to each other. Any ways she was leading all of us on and then one night she went to a party with one of my friends and started going at it with some other guy and after that night she stopped talking to all of us. Why do so many girls do this? Its not the first time I have seen a girl do this either.

Hey girls what do you honestly look for in a man? I've been having a hard time the last couple of months attracting a nice girl. Overall im not an ugly guy, blond hair blue eyes 155ilbs 5"10, athletic in good shape. Currently a combat medic and college student. theres this guy i was going out w/ him but he went to a different skool.
but then he dumped me saying it was too "awkward" for us to be at different schools. and then he asked out a girl from my school...which contradicts his excuse!!!!!!
so he took me for granted and lied about why he was dumping me.
this was two and a half weeks ago, and i was really pissed at him when i realized he took me for granted and that this guy was lying and making up an excuse.

I'm the talkative, funny, happy, guy in school. Recently, I've been quiet, private, and not like myself. I haven't been able to eat or sleep and I feel alone. There was this girl I was with for a while and then she gradually stopped talking to me and hanging out with me. I dont know what went wrong. Everything was great, we were hanging out, having a good time and we always talked, all the time. I know, I shouldnt worry about her, "theres many fish in the sea", but she was special to me and I will not be able to forget her. She is all I can think about and I really liked her and now i dont know what to do. I dont know if I have the courage to tell her how I feel but cant stand not knowing what went wrong. Should i just man up and ask? I dont want to scare her or catch her off guard if she doesnt feel the same way, but I dont want to go through life thinking, "what if". alright, i've been talking to this one guy for about two weeks now. i met him at my mom's friend's 50th bday party. he's a really sweet shy type of guy and i got a good vibe from him. i've been talking to him on myspace and everything and he gave me his number. he's not able to get on a lot so he said it'd be faster. is this good? and i texted him a few times and he always answered right back.. should i wait for him to text me first now? or should i just wait a few days and text him again?
