This guy used to sit next to me and for a while now I kind of had the feeling he likes me. He makes fun of me and my BFFL. Also, whenever I look his way, he always stares at me. But his best friend sits around me so I dont know if he's staring at him or me. Sometimes, when he walks by my desk during class, he shifts his binder across my desk, hoping I'll see him. Then he'll stop at my desk, but not look at me at all. He even asks me for drinks (like water and juice).

yes becuase even if his friend sits beside u and he's looking your way then he likes what he see's or he wants his friend. good luck

lol it doesnt really mean he likes you, maybe he just care for you like for any other girls. try to have deeper conversation with him and it should help you clarify some things.
